I appreciated the quick call back, text to know anytime he may be running behind and honesty in what needed done.
My time is of value and I am more than grateful for honesty!
Graham Plumbing installed our whole house water system and as well fixed a shower with no cold water. I appreciated him coming immediately out when there was a defect in the manufacturing of system to replace at no charge as well always getting back to me with any questions. Matt is an honest, hardworking person and it shows in his work.

Had a problem with my washer not draining properly. Julio came out and was not only on time but reached out prior to provide ETAs as well. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly was able to take care of my problem in no time at all. 10/10 experience. Julio and Graham Plumbing are the real deal!

We were having a loud reverberation in our pipes. We called Graham Plumbing and they sent Julio R. out for a free estimate. It turned out our pressure regulating valve was shot. Julio replaced the valve and also
reworked and rebuilt the water service mainline shut off valve and irrigation water shut off valve with full port ball valve and hose bib connection. He was honest and said we only needed the pressure regulator but we decided to have the whole mainline redone since it had old, antiquated shut off valves. Looks and works great now! We are very happy with the service Julio provided! We highly recommend this company!

Very happy with Graham Plumbing! Julio came and cut out/replaced a 66 year old drain pipe. He was clean and efficient and got us back to having kitchen sink and laundry drainage. Thank you Julio! You can always tell when they know what they are doing and Julio definitely did. I will absolutely use them again!

I really liked how they explained what work needed to be done. They were thorough with my ceiling link problem. They went upstairs, in the kitchen area, looked at the piping, and explained the process to me and my husband kindly.

Julio did a great job installing a new ice maker panel in the wall behind my new refrigerator. He was personable, informative, and worked at a fast pace. I loved that when he was done he showed me excellent pictures of what he had done! I feel confident in my decision to have Graham Plumbing perform the work I needed. I also appreciate the person who does the scheduling of appointments. Both times I have used this company they were able to come out the next day!

We needed a new faucet installed in our kitchen and we had a pleasure of meeting Julio. He did a great job and was very professional. He concentrated on his job and completed it in a short time. I could not have asked for a better person installing my new kitchen faucet.

We just had our leaking shower head plumbing issues repaired by Graham’s Plumbing and Drain! ! I must echo all of Julio’s rave reviews!! Thorough, quick, and great service provided by Julio. He is prompt, professional and polite. He arrived with a happy face, great attitude and was ready to help us solve annd fix our plumbing issue. He looked at the situation, assessed and went to get the parts. Came back with correct parts and fixed the issue. I highly recommend Graham’s Plumbing and Drain when you need a plumber! All fixed. Robert arrived right on time to give a bid on, and install, a new sink and faucet that we had provided. He verified measurements, checked everything, and gave us a quote. During the process, he pointed out that our water heater was 11+ years old, near the end of its life expectancy, and recommended replacement. We agreed to the upsell and added the new water heater to the job.
They started with the water heater, and as they were finishing, Robert informed me they could start the sink installation but likely wouldn't finish it that day. To avoid leaving us without a sink, he suggested scheduling a follow-up visit.
While I understand the reasoning, I was disappointed that the original job, the sink installation, was delayed in favor of the more expensive upsell. Had they installed the sink first and scheduled the water heater for another day, I would have given 5 stars.
Robert and Shawn showed up the following day and installed the sink. It took them 8 hours to remove the old one and complete the installation of the new one. No shade on them, they did a great job. It was a difficult install; old tile, old wood framing, and a very tight fit. I would definitely use them again.

Danny was great! Quick and professional. New toilet and shower spout work perfectly.
