, put an order for parts,and will return within two days to install.

This is the 3rd time we have used them and they never disappoint. They are responsive and get right to work on the problem. This time it was a leak in our landscaping that we have been fighting for months with our gardener. They were able to locate the issue and should have us up and running tomorrow. I highly recommend.

Today was no exception. A/C went out and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Keep in mind it's July and hot. Just under and hour to analyze and repair the problem.

I have used Brea Orange County Plumbing for several years. They always solve my plumbing and or heating problems.

David and Fernando arrived on time and with a pre visit call. I described the on going(years) of slow and clogged kitchen drain. David knew right away what the problem was, I do not remember the pipe juncture that needed to be replaced & at the same time would add a separate drain for each side of the double sink after going through the exterior stucco he pointed out that the pipe going to the roof was rotted and replaced that. These repairs were worth every penny, by the way the drain pipe only had a pencil width to drain. Having been quoted 4-6hours but ended up being not even 2hours. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I work at a Rubber Factory where this company does their plumbing and they get kudos there too. Thank You again David & Fernando

This is the second time we have used OC Brea Plumbing, Heating, and AC. Gabriel came to our home on time and began working on our plumbing issue. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was here with all the parts he needed to fix the plumbing issues and didn't have to get more parts. Gabriel fixed our problem and left the work space neat and tidy. We had an excellent experience with Brea Orange County Plumbing Heating and Air conditioning. We were having the fall inspection of our heating system. The service person, Daniel was super. He explained everything he was going to do and then review everything when he was done. I would recommend this company and especially Daniel.

Gage showed up during the scheduled window of time for our job. He installed an InSinkerator Hot/Cold tank, dispenser, and filter. His work was of high quality. Hence he led to insure everything was working properly. He cleaned everything up and removed all debris. We’ve had Gage work on other plumbing issues for us and he is professional and polite. We would gladly have him back to work on other projects.

Brea Plumbing was quick to respond and very professional. The front office person was kind and efficient. Austin showed up on time and was very meticulous in his work. He explained everything to me, keeping me posted on the progress and left my home with no mess. I will use Brea plumbing in the future.

Gabriel was on time and obviously very knowledgeable about our several problems. We had him start immediately and he was very efficient. Left it cleaner than when he started. Worked above and beyond to try and find parts for an obsolete toilet. We will get a new one and he will come back to install it without charging for an extra trip. Everything was done perfectly. Gabriel was also very personable and nice to work with.

I called Brea OC Plumbing today and Austin and Omar showed up within 2 hours of me calling. They were friendly, took a look at our pipe/pvc leak, and gave me a quote on the spot.They also were able to fix the issue same day. I would definitely use Brea OC Plumbing again and highly recommend Austin and Omar.

I had given a mixed review of this company about a month ago. I received a call from Franz almost immediately offering to put in a new toilet for free due to my concerns. Gabriel and Omar were here today and installed the new toilet we bought at no charge and even bought a toilet seat for it that was supposed to be included per Lowe’s, but was not in the box. My faith in this company that I have used for years is completely restored. If you have an issue, just contact Franz and he will make it right.

I can honestly say Brea/Orange County Plumbin Heating & Air was one of the absolute worst experiences I've had.

Let me explain, in 2018, I had a problem with my AC unit where the air was not blowing cool enough and the unit had begun leaking water and soaking through the floor. It caused a massive puddle in the carpet about 4 feet long by 3 feet wide. Naturally, I called a local company, Brea Plumbing Heating and Air, to come fix the problem. They show up, inspect, bill us a couple hundred dollars to drain the lines and depart stating that its fixed. The problem went away for a few months until the following Summer.

When the unit started leaking again in the Summer of 2019, we called them out again and they did a "deeper" inspection. This time they had "identified" that the problem was that our unit was falling apart due to wear and tear and that we needed to purchase a new one. I spent $7,000 on a new unit, they handled the installation and topped off all of our levels.

Sounds great right? WRONG!

It didn't leak in 2020, but man it came back with a vengeance in 2021 and now 2022. So I finally became fed up with this company and desired to call a personal contact of mine that specializes in HVAC. He comes out charges me $60 for a complete diagnostic and you know what the first thing he says when he sees the unit?
"I don't know how to put this.... this is the single worst installation I have ever seen. Whoever installed this shouldnt be allowed to conduct business."

Keep in mind, I had NEVER told him anything about the recent installation with Brea/Orange Plumbing or that this was a previous problem. So he goes through a deep dive with me on the plethora of issues caused by this horrible installation and it turns out for the last 5 years, the water dripping onto my carpet has been caused by a leak in the refrigerant lines caused the center A-Shaped Coil (I think that's what he called it) to freeze over and begin melting. He asked me if the problem was most often in the Summer time... man was he on a roll.

Of course, I was skeptical that I've been getting screwed over for the last 5 years of service, so I stood there while he took the unit apart and showed me an ice block melting and dripping exactly like he said it would. I was completely SHOCKED.

He offered to fix the biggest problems with the unit/installation, fixed the leak, billed me $1,000 and the problem has never happened again.

My advice, if you have any semblance of sanity.... find another company.

In having to talk with my other half in regards to my plumbing problem then I told her let me talk to her. Then called also 2 other companies and one said next Monday said I can’t do that.

Brea Orange County Plumbing and Heating is a company I highly recommend. Robert, the Senior Technician is awesome. He explained different options regarding our heating issues and made my decision easier since it was overwhelming. The front desk is always helpful. Today I called and asked for Robert to come back and he was available and here in 45 minutes. They were recommended to me by my brother who was a satisfied customer also.

This is my 4th time using Brea Orange County Plumbing and Air Conditioning. We live in an old house that is mostly all original. Gage was our technician for 3 of the visits. He is awesome, does a great job and knows what he is talking about. We have had issues with showers, tubs, toilets and our heater not blowing hot air. All was fixed sucessfully and quickly the 1st time. Our home was left perfectly clean with no mess left behind. I have been extremely happy with the service here and I highly reccommend using this company!
