Alex was super helpful and took a ton of steps to make sure our issue was resolved. Clearly very experienced.

Initially had another repair company come out and tell me the wrong part that was needed and the guy told me GE didn't make the part anymore and to buy a new stove. I found the part on the GE site and just decided to call Burbank Appliance Repair after I ordered the part. David came out. The stove was actually working when he got here! But when I explained exactly what was wrong before (the other guy wouldn't even turn it on...pff), David told me why it wasn't working and why it's fine now. But that if it happens again, to dry things out AND a workaround so I can always use the stove. Stellar honest guy. Will always call again.

Was very happy with the price and service! Originally I contacted Smith Brothers because my washing machine was not spinning.They sent out a repairman who diagnosed my washer and told me that I needed to replace the drum.He gave me an estimate of $600 for parts and labor! I told him it was too much and proceeded to call Burbank Appliance Repair for a second opinion. Sure enough the Tech said my belt had broken and all I needed was to install a new one. I agreed to do the repair and my bill only came out to $175 with parts and labor. Not only did they save me $400 they also gave me tips to prevent future issues. A++ SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Great service by Gregory! He came out on a Sunday to repair our washing machine. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend him!

I had to call a repair man to fix my washing machine, after I had washed a crumbling rug. They cleaned the filter ((thank God it wasn't the pump) and after a kind reminder about washing rugs, all was fixed. Thanks for a job well done. I will definitely recommend and call again. Hopefully, it won't be from washing a rug.

I booked them at noon for a next-day appointment to fix an air conditioning unit during a heat wave. They confirmed the appointment. 7 hours later (after normal business hours) they called me to tell me they are cancelling the appointment because they do not service air conditioners. Now I’m waiting at least another day to find someone who can come to fix this thing. Absolutely unprofessional service.

I was able to get a next day appointment for a Wall Oven repair. Alex and Stan came to the house when they said they would be there. They analyzed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They were absolutely great!

I think the first 2 reviews are a scam! Both those reviews showed up at the same time as when i was robbed by these people! I told them I was going to tell everyone I knew in Burbank not to use this company! DON'T use these people!!!!
Here's what happened...
I called them to repair my washing machine. It was leaking. I wasn't home when they came. My husband was home. They told my husband the dryer was broken as well. IT WAS NOT!!!! They changed out a part in the dryer. Now my dryer doesn't even dry. They charged me $100 for parts and $500 for labor!!!! They robbed me of my money and pretended to repair something that wasn't even broken. Their website says Burbank but they are not a local business, their website says they are part of the BBB which they are not!!! I would have reported them to the police if I thought I could. I have to call another repair place to come and fix the dryer that this company broke and stole a functioning part out of my dryer! Before they came, my dryer was not broken and it dried within 20 now after their debacle it takes almost 60 minutes! They fixed my washing machine! But at what cost!

Alex did a great job fixing our coin-op dryer. This was the second time he helped us out. I recommend Alex.

Our washing machine stopped working so we gave Alex a call. He promptly responded and assessed the situation. He fixed a blocked water hose and then discovered a problem with the agitator. He fixed both problems in a timely manner. He made sure everything was working well before leaving. Highly recommend Alex to fix your appliances!

I called yesterday morning and the the repairman was here before 11AM! Not only did he fix the fridge and freezer doors (they were sagging and losing air) he reattached the seal at the bottom of the fridge we didn't even know was loose! Excellent work, prompt, courteous and even gave us helpful hints on how to avoid the same problem in the future! I highly recommend Burbank Appliance Repair!

We called at about 8:30 and they said that they would come between 9 and 12. Sure enough he came at about 11:00 and went to work. It was $45 they said to diagnose the problem and we were happy to hear that that the diagnose part is included in the total cost if you go with them to do the job. Over all I have no problem with this company...the price was fair (once he worked with us on the price), and the guy that came was nice and got the job done quickly and our fridge works great now. I would call them again for another job.

We had a great experience! I called Saturday morning when our clothes washer stopped working, and Burbank Appliance Repair was out to fix it at 9:30 Sunday morning. Did I mention that they came out Sunday morning...!!! It wasn't cheap, but what is any more? Very happy. I would definitely refer their service again. Thank you Burbank Appliance Repair.

Alex was wonderful to work with. He explained everything he was doing and fixed my fridge very quickly. He was kind and personable. I will definitely be using them for all my appliance repair in the future.

Total rip-off.

Started my journey with this outfit by calling them and telling them my dryer’s start button has gotten stuck and i had found corrosion of the control panel inside. They said it was $95 for the service call and that would go towards repairs. Tech came out, confirmed the panel needed replacing and that he’d start looking for parts. Took 5 minutes. I get a call a few days later saying the parts are not available and my $95 won’t apply to a repair because they won’t do one. I call a competitor, they quote $65 for a service call. I detail my last experience and ask if they can find the part, not wanting to spend more money to hear the same thing. They call back saying it’s not available new due to it being discontinued BUT that i should search second hand (and tell me wheeee to look) and that it would be $165 to put it in if i find it. I find the parts, order them, call back THIS place hoping to use my $95 already invested in the repair. They say they’ll do it for $250!!! I called the other place back and you should too. Ignore this place, I liked the reviews a read here and called them first. Don’t repeat my mistake.

I called Alex to fix my washer. My neighbor recommended him as they used himn before. He came out same day and found the probloem (broken belt) in <10 minutes. Fixed the washer for $175. Out within 30 minutes. Strongly reccomend!

The ignitor on our oven was out. We called someone to come down to fix it. They came within an hour, replaced the part, and even cleaned up afterward! Great service!

The technician, Yuri, was on time, efficient and friendly to talk to! He diagnosed the problem quickly and showed me ways how to prevent further blockage on the dishwasher

Greg was exceptional in his knowledge, clean working and efficient. Very professional. He went above and beyond what was asked. I'd have him fix any appliance we have and will call him back when I need help again.

Technician was on time. Checked out our fridge and was very honest and let us know the compressor was gone and it would be very expensive to repair. Recommended just to get new fridge. Relly appreciated his honesty.
