My refrigerator (Kitchen Aid, 4 yrs old) had a problem where we could not close one of the drawers, and I could not close the refrigerator door, which scared me that all my food would go bad. I called and explained my predicament to the lady on the phone. She was very nice and got me a repairman to come within 4 hours. The repairman arrived within 2 hours of my call. Fastest service yet!
He found a huge ice buildup behind the drawer that was keeping it from closing. He defrosted the fridge and used a special heater to remove about 1/2 of the ice, and told us how to remove the rest, which would take another 4 hours or so, but he said we could do the job ourselves with a hair dryer rather than having to charge us for an additional 4 hours. He was very nice and courteous, and he gave us pointers on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future. Very satisfied.

The quick response that got a tech to the house and had our fridge fixed was a total of four days. Day one was an assessment of the issue, temporary fix and ordering of parts. Day four was accounting for delivery of said parts and a repaired fridge. Thank you Vartan for your professionalism.

David came out to take a look at our 2 year old dryer. He was able to reset it for us( letting me know it was no guarantee it would do the trick) and thankfully it got the job done. Super friendly and honest service tech. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Burbank area looking for a reliable appliance service company.

I tried fixing my fridge using you tube. I thought it didn't fix the issue so I called them to set up service appointment,. They scheduled me the next day afternoon, but looks like I actually did fix the problem for my ice maker. Disconnecting the fridge and using blow dryer like video said made it work again but we never checked. They show up and open the ice maker and said, it's fine there is ice. We were surprised, and he said it's $75.00 fee. to tell me that. No diagnosis was performed. We paid him but won't use them again nor recommend them at all.

Alex was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer. Price was very reasonable.

I love these guys. Alex has been to my place to fix our stove, fridge, oven, and today our Dryer. He is ridiculously generous with the pricing and has come on same day requests (like today). I called this morning at 10 am and they were here by 2, problem fixed by 2:45.

Yuri, the technician from Burbank Appliance Repair, was incredibly knowledgeable about and able to repair my vintage thermador stove. He was very thorough, organized and also took the time to explain aspects of my stove’s features of which I was not previously aware. He took a lot of pride in his work and I would definitely contact the company and Yuri for any future appliance repair.

I received a prompt answer to my phone message. Alex arrived at the appointed time, examined the dryer, and placed an order for the necessary component. At the scheduled time and day, I came back to quickly fix the dryer. Before any work started, a very fair price for the repair was given, and no further adjustments were made. Very strongly advised.

I was very happy with the service I received. The technician was able to come out within a day of my call. He arrived in the window of time I chose. He was friendly and experienced. Luckily my washer didn’t need anything major but he showed me some functions on my machine, told me to put smaller loads and cleaned out the jets. It was a reasonable fee and I’m looking forward to having more thoroughly cleaned laundry .

Called them on a Saturday to repair my Maytag dryer and tech arrived within the time window specified. He quickly made the repair with a part on his truck, vacuum cleaned the area surrounding the drum, explained the repair to me and charged a fair price for the work done. I would definitely call him again.
