We had an excellent experience with Newhaus. Simon was so professional, prompt and delivered 100%. We were under a time crunch as we were at risk with our homeowners insurance needing repairs but Simon reassured that they could start asap and they did! Thank you so much!

The customer service was excellent. I had a solar panels issue, which they helped to resolve, for no cost for us. They promised two week and in two week roof was complete. I definitely recommend NewHaus as your vendors, they are extremely professional compared to all other estimates I received. Main reason I went with them in the first place was their honesty and attention to details. 5/5 totally deserved.

These guys did a great job. Every crew that showed up was careful with their work and respectful of the property. My job was going on between rainstorms (they took it down to the rafters) and they made sure not a drop of water got inside.

Based on this experience, I'll call them for an estimate on updating my kitchen.

My wife and I needed a to have our whole roof redone due to our homeowners insurance. When we called NewHaus they immediately picked up and scheduled our appointment for the same day. Art who is the owner came out to do a full inspection from inside and out. We were pleasantly surprised that the owner came out personally. He took his time inspecting our house and kept us informed every step of the way. After doing our extensive research we found out that NewHaus and their roofers are all employed in house and don’t hire any third party roofers. Once the inspection was done, Art explained that their company has an entire insurance department that would handle in issues that may come up during the roofing process, but thankfully they were all professionals with great experience and nothing happened. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results of our new roof. We found out that whenever you change your roof it automatically increases the value of your house by 60-70 percent of the roof cost. The best part of our new roof is that the shingles are solar reflective which means our attic is much cooler during the summer and since we live in the San Fernando valley that is a huge deal for us. Thank you Art and thank you to NewHaus and their team. We highly recommend to everyone who’s looking for a new roof or who’s in the same situation like we were with the insurance company.

I have to give a 2 because the job got done. Art HE's lied to me at least 3 times, he gave me a bid for 25k i told him i had a bid for 21k he said I can do that when I reminded him , he denied it. the demo guys didn't speak any English, they had to call someone to answer questions, all in all it was a poor experience

Was met at my house by Uri, went through what I wanted, was met with a fair price and trustworthy salesman(or at least honest about it from my own point as well as what I have been told by others). Then Mike, the lead for the working team came out, checked everything, told his team what and how, made sure it was all ok by me, and the team came next day, finished within 4-5 hours. Excellent work and price. Attic looks phenomenal! Highly recommend

I hired them for a garage roof installation. The entire process was smooth. No surprise. The job was done well. Happy customer.

As a consumer I depend on reviews which is why I take reviewing a company seriously. Today I got an estimate for replacement of a few shingles...$5300! I told them they were out of their mind but they said their minimum repair is 100 sq ft. Even for that they are over priced but we are talking about a few missing shingles on a roof still in good condition. They called back and offered their best price of $2500. Friends beware and get a few estimates before you get work done, unless you have this kind of extra money laying around.

Selecting Newhaus Roofing to complete our roofing job proved to be a wise decision. They were very professional throughout the process. They kept us informed at each step of the process. The roof hasn't leaked at all since the work was done. We were very pleased and highly recommend them.

(1) I've been through a full winter with heavy and prolonged periods of rain and my Newhaus roof is completely water tight.

Need a new ROOF? We did! So did my mother in law. I FOUND A GREAT COMPANY.

My wife (a Property Manager) and I over the years have become very experienced with
Contractors involving home remodeling repair & construction.

After obtaining a couple of quotes on our project. I met Chris Palyan from
Newhaus Roofing & Construction. Chris Came to our home. Got on the roof,
and also inspected from the attic.

This was going to be a large project. Including removal & reinstallation of
dozens of solar panels and removal of the original concrete tiles. We had been ignoring
our known roof leaks for a long time. Southern California droughts allowed us to keep
delaying the roof replacement. Those decisions did cost us dearly. YES we knew better.

Chris provided a very complete quote. Including excellent products to be used.
In our case anticipating damage under the tiles. Chris included in his proposal
identified costs for correction as it was uncovered. No surprise We had significantly
more damage than we had hoped.

Before we started our job we asked Newhaus to start immediately on replacing my mother in laws
wooden shake roof (The LA fires drove that easy decision) Newhaus Roofing completed her roof replacement
quickly using excellent roofing products and professionally installed. Chris Palyan brings an attention
to detail at the highest level.To say we were happy with the job is an understatement.

It was time to move forward with our roof replacement.The employees from Newhaus I consistently
found to be hard working talented experienced individuals. Chris kept me informed about
everything. The amount of repair work was significant and Newhaus just moved forward like it
was completely routine. The removal & reinstallation of our solar panels were the pain we expected.
Chris made sure everything was completed & the system working as prior.

We added to the project having them replce siding on the back of our house. Again work completed
quickly and turned out even better than our expectations.

My wife hired them to replace a garage roof at one of her properties, with plans to move forward
on further projects in the near future.

My wife had Newhaus complete a roof repair/replacement for one of her company properties. They are now
our go to contractor for future needed work!

My daughter recommended Newhaus to her CONDO HOA. They just signed them up to start work in the next
few weeks.

Do I believe Newhaus are a great company? Obviously YES YES YES & YES.

The standing water on the new roof they installed a couple of months again is like a swimming pool, causing large leaks into the existing sunroof(we had the sunroof way before the new roof) and the company has refused to fix it for the last month.

Do you think these workers got wrong instructions from Denio M(the sneaky project manager who actually has no last name) that they were supposed to build a pool for us?!

NewHaus was great. Replaced our 30 year old shingle roof, passed all inspections. High quality work great job guys, will definitely recommend to everyone.

My roof was leaking onto the patio when it rained. I hired NewHaus to repair and replace the roof. It was big job but it’s done and I’m very grateful. Thanks to NewHaus I can breathe now. We had an old roof that desperately needed to be replaced. I did quite a bit of research to find a good roofing company. After interviewing several companies, we went with New Haus. There were a few main reasons we chose them: they had a reasonable price, a fantastic warranty, they offer financing, but most of all, it was the great experience we had with our representative, Jack K. He was reliable, transparent, polite, considerate, and honest. I highly recommend Jack and would say that if you are considering New Haus, you should request him. Everyone did a good job, but Jack went well above what would be expected.

We recently got our roof fixed. We had our main house and the garage roof done. They did a wonderful job very nice. I never thought that our roof was fixable we had leakage on the living room area and the laundry area and now it's perfect. Thank you Alan, Marcos, and to all the group that helped us. We are super happy with our new roof.

I replaced my roof with Newhaus in 2022 at my business. A leak was discovered with the rains we got in Oct of this year. I called as the roof had a lifetime warranty per the paperwork Newhaus provided with the original replacement. After multiple calls and having them send someone to look at the roof I was told they would send someone else to take a look. They never showed up when they said they would and never reached out again.
I just paid another company to fix things for my business before winter rains begin. I would not recommend doing business with these folks.
