Constraction reviews in Burbank, California

we reached out to a local home remodeling company in Burbank to help us update our 35-year-old bathtub. we wanted a new color to better match our recently installed sink and toilet. when trenton came to check out the bathtub, he suggested we shouldn't resurface it because it was still in great shape. he mentioned that tubs like ours are high quality and would now cost around $2500 to replace, since they just aren't made the same anymore. trenton even grabbed something from his truck and took the time to clean off the leftover residue from our old shower doors. it's rare to find such honest and helpful professionals these days. he didn't charge us for the cleaning, which was such a nice surprise. now, we're following his advice and planning to update the wall paint so everything matches nicely. really appreciated the trustworthy service and genuine care we received.

It’s not often you find a contractor you can truly rely on, but working with Hunter on our home remodeling projects in Burbank has been a fantastic experience. Hunter has a real eye for design, is honest, remains calm even when things get busy, and works incredibly hard every step of the way. That’s exactly why we chose to hire him again to renovate our two-story fixer upper, after he previously transformed our last property. From helping us pick out flooring, tiles, countertops, cabinets, and fixtures for the kitchen and bathrooms, to designing a custom master closet and a brand new dining room, Hunter guided us with great advice and finished everything beautifully—always sticking to the timeline. Every time friends and family come by, they can’t stop talking about how amazing everything looks. We are truly grateful for Hunter’s dedication and talent, and we absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to remodel their home in the Burbank area.

We are so happy with the way our home was remodeled! Home Construction Burbank did an amazing job making our house look beautiful and modern. The team showed great attention to detail and finished everything on time, just as promised. We were able to move in without any delays. Since we were new to home remodeling, we changed our minds about a few things during the process. Trenton was very understanding and always adjusted the plans to fit what we wanted. Anytime we had questions or small concerns, he made sure to handle them right away. The new flooring feels solid and doesn’t make any noise, which we love. The new recessed lighting really brightens up the rooms and gives the whole place a fresh, updated look. We are so grateful for all the hard work and care that went into our remodel. We’re very glad we chose this company for our project and would definitely recommend them to anyone in Burbank looking to update their home.

This was our third big home remodeling project with this company, and once again, we are extremely happy with the results. Hunter is honestly the only contractor we trust to work on our house here in Burbank, especially since it’s an older place that's been remodeled several times in the past. Hunter and his crew always make the whole renovation process so much easier—they are reliable, communicate clearly, and truly care about making sure everything turns out great. Hunter is upfront with his estimates and always explains things if they find something unexpected during the remodel, giving us different options and clear pricing to fix it the right way. He’s easy to get in touch with, answers every question, and gives realistic timelines for when things will start, reach important stages, and be finished. From demo to final walk-through, Hunter is present and involved. His team is fantastic, too—they know what they’re doing and work really well together. After three projects, it feels like we know them all! This time, we tackled our biggest project yet: we replaced all the windows, window sills, frames, and flashing, fixed wood rot from old leaks, added insulation, and re-stuccoed the whole house. We also upgraded the electrical box and added new outdoor outlets and lighting. It feels like we rebuilt the entire house! Hunter estimated the work would take about eight weeks, but he and his team finished a little early. The house looks brand new, and we feel so much better knowing everything was done the right way. No more worrying about leaks during heavy rain or hidden problems from old, quick fixes. The peace of mind is priceless. If you need any home remodeling done in Burbank, I highly recommend Hunter and his team.

I have worked with this remodeling team on a number of home renovation and new construction projects over the years. They always deliver top-notch quality and have a very organized approach to every job. Their standards for home remodeling are truly impressive, and they consistently bring together the right team and consultants to make each project run smoothly. Communication is always clear, and I feel confident trusting them with any remodeling work. I'm looking forward to working with Hunter, Trenton, Jude, and the rest of the crew on future home remodels and new builds!

Our 140-year-old home needed extensive work, including rot and termite repairs, shear wall installation, and replacing 1200 square feet of siding on the highly visible south and west sides. We were pretty nervous about finding the right remodeling company, since the house has two different siding profiles on each floor, unique window placements, a roofline that isn’t perfectly straight, and a big corner where siding lines meet—any mistake would be really obvious. We chose this crew, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. Trenton and the team were extremely focused, careful, and consistent throughout the project. The long siding runs—over 40 feet—were installed quickly and with impressive precision. They paid close attention to details, especially where the siding lines came together, making sure everything looked seamless. Everyone on the crew was friendly, easy to communicate with, and clearly experienced with home remodeling in California’s climate. The finish work was top-notch, including some custom woodworking done right on-site. Trenton kept the project moving smoothly and made sure every detail was handled with care. We’re looking forward to working with them again when we move on to the next phase of our home renovation.

I would highly recommend Home Construction Burbank to anyone looking for home remodeling services! We experienced water damage inside our home and garage, and after getting several referrals, we chose this company based on their great reviews. From beginning to end, their team was truly professional. Jude was very patient, always answering all of my questions, returning calls promptly, and handling all the paperwork and details smoothly. Hunter was wonderful—always calm and respectful, making sure our concerns were heard. Trenton and the rest of the crew showed real expertise, carefully prepping the floors and carpets before starting work, finishing everything in a timely manner, and leaving our home spotless. It can feel risky to hire someone new for such important work, but I couldn't be happier with our decision and will definitely return to them for any future remodeling projects.

As someone with over 20 years of experience in home remodeling, I was recently asked by a client in Burbank to help with some plumbing and drywall repairs. The office team was always friendly and professional, answering my questions quickly and making sure I felt informed along the way. our experience with home construction burbank was absolutely smooth from start to finish. hunter came out to help with an urgent foundation reinforcement project after we discovered some issues during our home remodel. what could have been a stressful situation actually turned into a positive one, thanks to their professionalism and expertise. the crew was always on time, and took extra care to make sure the work didn’t affect our neighbors’ properties. hunter’s attention to detail stood out—he explained how grout can sometimes travel into nearby foundations and made sure someone was always there to monitor and clean up, so everything stayed neat and safe. this level of precaution really made us feel confident that the job was being done the right way. their pricing was fair, and it was clear they have plenty of experience with all kinds of construction projects. i even mentioned that i was almost grateful for the initial problem, since it led us to find such a reliable team for our future home remodeling needs. one thing that really impressed me was how much care is shown towards their employees and their well-being. it’s not something you see every day in the construction business, and it’s inspiring to witness how they operate. i’ll definitely be turning to them again for any home renovations or foundation work in the future.

When my wife and I were looking to buy our second home in Burbank, we wanted a place where we could turn the garage into an ADU. I started looking into remodeling companies and reached out to a few, but this team was the only one that got back to me quickly. I was having some trouble finding the right architect, but when I contacted them again to ask about architectural plans, they responded within a day and were very helpful. Jude shared a lot of useful information with us about the remodeling process, even before we officially hired them. It was impressive because most companies usually don’t give you much advice unless you’ve signed a contract. If you’re planning to build an ADU or need help with a home renovation project in Burbank, I highly recommend this team. Ask for Jude or Trenton—they really made the experience smooth and stress-free.
