Constraction reviews in Burbank, California

Here’s a revised version of your review, following all the requirements: This is a follow-up to our previous experience when we had our downstairs bathroom and guest room floors remodeled. We were so satisfied that we decided to have the same team handle the flooring throughout our entire home. They did excellent work, making sure to listen to our preferences and complete everything just as we wanted, all without any issues. Hunter and his crew—Trenton, Jude, and the rest of the team—were all wonderful. They paid great attention to detail and left the house spotless after finishing up. As we mentioned before, Trenton is especially impressive: always professional, fast, and knows his stuff when it comes to remodeling. If you need help with your shower, flooring, or stairs in Burbank, we highly recommend this crew. They made our home look beautiful and the process was smooth from start to finish.

I had a great experience with my home remodeling project in Burbank. While it took a little time to get started, once things got going, the installation of both the HVAC system and new windows was completed quickly—each in just one day. The crew paid close attention to keeping my home clean during the work, which I really appreciated. Jude kept me updated almost every day about the progress and made sure all my questions were answered. Both Jude and Trenton worked hard to make sure everything was finished to my satisfaction. Overall, I’m very happy with the professionalism and the quality of the home improvements. I would recommend their remodeling services to anyone looking for reliable work in Burbank.

It's been a pleasure working with Tracy from Corey Pate Construction! Tracy demonstrates professionalism and kindness, always keeping me in the loop. Going the extra mile, Tracy ensured we got the best possible financing program that met all our needs. We've recently signed a contract with Corey Pate Construction in Burbank! I will provide an update once our home remodeling project is completed. Many thanks, Tracy!

From the initial process of arranging a phone consultation online to the flooring installation that was completed yesterday, everything was swift, detailed, and efficient. The team, especially Brayden, elucidated all the specifics so I had a clear understanding of what to anticipate from their home remodeling services. They exhibited utmost professionalism in every aspect. All in all, the experience was outstanding in Burbank!

I am extremely pleased with the home remodeling services I employed. Their crew, including Tracy and Brayden, were proficient, on time, and detailed. They executed an excellent job on my living room and bedroom renovations in Burbank. The rooms look completely transformed and my contentment is beyond measure. I strongly endorse this team for any home renovation requirements.

High-quality client service from the initial stage to the final one. I reached out to Corey Pate Construction for a comparative estimate, but I'd suggest contacting them right off the bat. They offer competitive rates and, more importantly, they are truthful individuals. They addressed all my inquiries and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. If you have the chance to request a team member for your project, I'd recommend Brayden. He demonstrated extensive knowledge, politeness, and organization. Most crucially, he maintained communication with me until the job was finished. I strongly endorse Corey Pate Construction. I genuinely value all the straightforward information provided from start to finish. I would suggest this construction service.

Brayden from Corey Pate Construction arrived right on time and skillfully installed the deck humidifier at my Burbank home. He was gracious enough to guide me through the entire installation process. Brayden took the time to explain how the system seamlessly fits into the overall deck design. Thank you, Brayden! This outstanding service was all part of the home remodeling package from Corey Pate Construction.

Our original idea was to do a partial home makeover, something my wife had been pushing for. The house hadn't seen any changes since '92 when we became the owners. Brayden, the company representative from Corey Pate Construction, came by. We explained our vision, he responded to our queries, provided suggestions, and even took video footage of the spaces. The primary change my wife desired was to eliminate the wall separating the kitchen and dining room. Once the crew began their work, I started contemplating that perhaps the entire house should get a makeover. If so, I wanted this team to handle it. It was clear that the crew was proficient, well-informed, and came with years of experience. Brayden had made a good impression during our first meeting. He was a good listener, had excellent recall, and remained calm and respectful at all times. The contract was clear-cut, with each task itemized along with its cost. He structured a payment plan and was fine with accepting a personal check when it was time to settle the bill. We encountered a few surprises along the way - a hot water leak under the kitchen floor, a gas leak to the dryer in the garage unexpectedly found by the electrician, and the biggest shock - above-ground pipes in one of the three closets that was set to become a walk-in wardrobe. The original closet housed the hot water heater (which had been relocated to the side of the house by the previous owner). The team adeptly handled all these issues, including trenching for the new gas line to the dryer and its installation, opening up the kitchen floor to fix the water leak, and digging up the floor in the new closet area to reroute pipes through the attic. The team was on-site for about 3 1/2 months. When relatives visited post-renovation, they were awed by the amount of work completed in such a short time. Approximately mid-way through the project, a third crew member was brought in for the flooring and painting. The team was faced with the challenge of having only an 8 x 8 pod at the front of our driveway for storage. No large furniture could be accommodated in there, so they had to constantly shuffle furniture around. Some items, mainly cabinets and flooring, were provided by Corey Pate Construction. We bought other items ourselves (and were given an allowance) or were provided by the company. We also had the exterior painted by another team from Corey Pate Construction. Throughout the project, Brayden checked in almost daily to monitor progress and converse with the team. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Brayden congratulated us on our 'new house', and it truly does feel like that.

From the moment Brayden showed up at our doorstep to provide an estimate for our kitchen makeover, including new cabinets, electrical enhancements in our dining area and flooring for our leisure space, everything has been superb with the team. Once we agreed to the quote, Tracy and her crew jumped in and delivered exceptional work. Communication was consistently open and they made sure to keep us updated daily on who would be working. Most notably, they finished the project within the promised timeline and our remodel looks fantastic! I've collaborated with numerous contractors over the years, but this experience with this team has been top-notch and I highly recommend them.

We had Corey Pate Construction handle a complex home addition and remodeling project which included the creation of an extra bathroom and expanding the overall size of our house in Burbank. They might not have been the least expensive, but their professionalism, flexibility, and continuous communication throughout the project were exceptional. Unlike our friends, who have faced delays and lack of communication with their contractors on similar or even smaller projects, our experience was quite different. The project was completed within the estimated time frame and budget, even though there were several unforeseen issues because our house is quite old. We faced a few hiccups during the course of the project, but Brayden, our project manager was very swift in responding and rectifying or redoing things promptly. I must express our pleasant surprise at the entire process. The result is a stunning addition to our home which has greatly improved its functionality and made it far more enjoyable to live in.

These folks are SECOND TO NONE. A pal pointed me in their direction after we nearly contracted with another home improvement specialist, and I'm so grateful we did. Here's why: 1. They arrived to assess our water damage on the same day I reached out to them, and swiftly arranged to commence work the following day. 2. Each team member, and there were about three or four, was an expert in their field. They worked quickly, their workmanship was top-notch, and as a bonus, they were genuinely pleasant individuals. 3. The supervisor, Brayden, was always monitoring the progress and standard of work. He was just a phone call away and ready to drop by if we had any queries. He was open to carrying out any additional tasks and provided invaluable advice on materials and more. 4. The entire project was completed SUPER QUICKLY and we were more than satisfied with the quality. Even though we hope to have no further accidents in our Burbank home, if anything does happen, I know exactly who to call.

I had the good fortune of teaming up with a top-notch home remodeling company recently, thanks to a friend's recommendation. Brayden became my go-to expert for all my home renovation needs. I had just purchased a house that was in desperate need of modernization, with the added possibility of an ADU construction. From the outset, their dedication to excellence and professionalism was incredibly impressive. The entire team, led by Brayden, showcased remarkable craftsmanship. Brayden provided me with an upfront, detailed consultation that catered to my budget, instead of trying to sell me unnecessary extras. The meticulousness with which they handled every aspect of the project, from planning to securing permits and addressing potential issues, was evident. It's clear that Brayden and his team take immense pride in their work, and it was reflected in the superb final outcome. Apart from their superior craftsmanship, they were also exceptional in their customer service. They kept the lines of communication open throughout the project, promptly addressing any concerns or questions we had, and sticking strictly to the project timeline without any delays - something not all home remodeling companies manage to do. They delivered the project right on schedule. Their reliability and accountability not only eased our minds but also surpassed our expectations. I wholeheartedly endorse their home remodeling services and look forward to collaborating with them on future projects.

I engaged Corey Pate Construction to remodel my garage that had been untouched for years. The contractor, Brayden, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received from this Burbank-based company.

Excellent job and reasonable prices! The home remodeling team at Corey Pate Construction in Burbank was able to assist us on the very same day to assess the damage to our home's sliding gate. We engaged Brayden for the construction of an outdoor staircase linking the second floor to the lower deck in our Burbank home. In addition, he seamlessly transformed an exterior window into a door entry and efficiently demolished and rebuilt another interior wall. The work done by Brayden exceeded our expectations. The construction was of superior quality and integrated so well with the rest of our house, it seemed as though the modifications and new additions had always been part of the original structure. Moreover, Brayden was extremely flexible in accommodating changes and additions while the construction was underway. For instance, after the work had already begun, we realized the usefulness of an exterior light. Despite this not being part of the initial contract, Brayden was more than willing to incorporate this into the project. We are thoroughly pleased with the final outcome. Brayden's professionalism combined with his pleasant demeanor made him a joy to work with. Corey Pate Construction will undoubtedly be our first choice for any future home remodeling projects. If you want a job done right and to look fantastic, Brayden is the go-to person for your next home renovation project.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at Corey Pate Construction in Burbank.

Corey Pate Construction did an outstanding job on our home renovation. Brayden, our project manager, was consistently available and receptive to phone calls and text messages. We really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with him. Brayden would organize a group chat with all parties involved, ensuring we were always informed about the day's activities. We also appreciated his proactive approach in keeping us updated about any delays or issues that arose. During the final stages of the renovation, we experienced several days of heavy rain that prevented outdoor work. Despite this, Brayden would always keep us informed about any changes to the schedule and how we could accommodate missed workdays. The end result exceeded our expectations, and we felt we got excellent value for our money. While we don't plan on this being our forever home, we would not hesitate to use the services of this company again in the future for any remodeling needs in our next home.
