Constraction reviews in Burbank, California

This Newhaus Roofing and Construction company. The awesome crew that installed our roof, from the new decking to the finished roofing shingles. oh, and the cleaning of ALL the old materials, including going over our yard with a magnet picking up the nails.
Also, I want to mention, there were two women on this crew, working as hard as the men.

Was very pleased with the results. Liz assisted me and my brother explained what materials they were going to use. Best customer service I highly recommend Newhaus for roofing. Thank you Liz and Leo.

I have a house in San Bernardino and I had some roof problems. I had three estimates from three different companies and I chose to move with Newhaus because their team seemed to know what they were doing, and they did not disappoint. The guys did an awesome job. The guy who did my inspection and was in charge of the project was named Armen, and he handled everything perfectly. I highly recommend their services!!

NewHaus Construction was the first to contact us. Allen and Greg had visited us same day after our first contact and after providing presentation of what type of materials would be used we were very impressed. Throughout the process they were clear and concise with communication with us. When Allen and Greg arrived after demolition they had informed us that we had split decking and would need to overlay a OSB sheathing for the underlayment and waterproofing material before they add the new shingles so they could honor their warranty. They were very straight forward with us on what needed to be done. They had 3 man teams working on each phase of the project. All of their crews are highly skilled, professional and fast at what they do. Roofing was installed quickly and done right as our city came and passed the inspection. NewHaus Construction is very organized is because they are one of the few roofing companies to not subcontract their work out which was the reason we hired them.

I'm so thankful I found Newhaus. What started with a roof repair turned into them doing other work! I can't recommend them enough. The price was fair ( I shopped around) overall A+ experience from start to finish. I was happy with everything. They not only fix roofs, they do general construction as well. Take a look at my kitchen.

I own Godspeed collision center in Sun valley. I usually don't write reviews very often, but newhaus Roofing deserves all the 5 stars! Not only is the owner extremely knowledgeable, his demeanor and professionalism is spot on. His Crew is clean, respectful, and punctual. Prior to my roof being replaced, I had a roof leak. Allen came to my property right away to assess the issue. Once we determined the problem, he gave me a very reasonable quote that beat other competitors in the area. Allen recommended a product that was made locally where I could go physically see and touch the material being used. His Crew discussed additional damage they found before removing any boards etc., and Art kept me 100% involved with any issues or new developments they found. I appreciated that so much because many other contractors would have done the work and invoiced me later on in the process. Over a year later, I experienced an unrelated issue with a different property. Allen came immediately to see what was going on and had someone back within a day to make the repair. He always makes himself available to respond to a text or a quick phone call.
Newhaus is an elite choice if you're considering updating your roof!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Newhaus Roofing Contractors for a complete roof replacement. The entire process was seamless, from the initial consultation to the final inspection. The standout aspect of their service was the professionalism of their contractor, Ken. He was not only knowledgeable but also courteous and attentive to detail.

The quality of workmanship was evident in every aspect of the job. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the project within the promised timeframe. The new roof has significantly enhanced the appearance and value of my home.

I highly recommend Newhouse roofing. I had a great experience. My cousin got their roof done previously before mine. He gave me the contact to Sam. He was amazing. He came out and thoroughly inspected my roof and answered all my questions. The crew came out and did a amazing job. I had a very old shingle roof and a old living space They left me with amazing new roof and they remodeled my living space I highly recommend Sam was amazing

Newhaus Roofing did an amazing job, Simon one of the representatives from Newhaus took care of me and made sure to be there for me for through-out all parts of the process. Not only did they do a great job with the replacement of my roof, but they also changed the insulation that was damaged by the water and repaired all of the spots my ceiling had a wet-spot/leak! If I can go back in time and choose someone else to do the work I’d choose them over and over again, very grateful for these guys and their work I highly recommend them for any construction needs you may have.

Felt a little pressured at first to sign the contract as I was waiting for other bids. The initial bid was way out of line compared to others, but was able to get a fair deal in the end. Was disappointed a little in that I did not really see the project manager around, but in the end, completely new roof with sheathing and gutters on a 120 year old two story hipped roof in between rain storms. The crew was a little messy as the tarps were old and had holes. Still finding debris. They also were not too careful removing the old gutters as the knocked out the power. But it all worked out in the end. Good customer service. First big storm this week, so enjoying the new roof!

Newhaus did an absolutely professional repair on my tile roof! Supervisor Chris Palyan was very knowledgeable, straight forward, friendly and was willing to work with me. Luis and Edgar were the roofers and were also very professional, friendly and very hard working. They were neat and orderly. My overall experience with Newhaus was all excellent. I should also mention that their quote was much less than other comparable estimates I had done!

Needed a new roof, and they came out the next day to give me a quote. I decided to go with them and within 3 business days I had a new roof. They used quality products and installed correctly. Very happy with my new roof. Only 4 stars because I have been having a problem getting them to give me a quote on a front door replacement.

Excellent!

We wanted to remove a wall in our bedroom during renovation, and Engineer Contractor contributed and prepared the necessary engineering plans. We have cooperated in a friendly atmosphere. Due to his professionalism, the work was done in a high quality. We were really delighted.

i recently hired Home Construction Burbank to remodel my house, and i couldn't be happier with the results. from the first meeting all the way to the final touches, their crew showed real skill and professionalism. trenton gave me a clear and detailed estimate, which helped me understand exactly what to expect with the costs. the remodeling work was finished right on schedule, and the quality was top-notch, all while causing very little interruption to my daily life. communication was great during the whole process, and they always answered my questions quickly. overall, their pricing was fair, and the quality of the remodel really impressed me. i highly recommend them to anyone in Burbank looking for trustworthy and efficient home remodeling services!

Trenton, Hunter, and Jude recently completed a remodel of my kitchen and part of my family room in Burbank, and the results are fantastic. They are skilled craftsmen who really care about getting the work done properly the first time. Trenton did an excellent job keeping us updated and explaining each step as the project moved along. He also offered helpful and budget-friendly suggestions, especially when it came to electrical and plumbing updates, which can be tricky in older homes. Their prices were fair for the high quality of their remodeling work. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a kitchen or bathroom renovation. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

After a heavy rainstorm, our side yard, laundry room, and one of the downstairs apartments ended up flooded, along with a couple of the neighboring units. We reached out for help, and Hunter and his crew arrived within just a few hours. They quickly got to work, digging trenches in the side yard to help guide the water safely out to the street. A few weeks later, the team returned to install a brand new drainage system along with a sump pump. Recently, when we had another round of heavy rain, the new system performed perfectly—no flooding at all! Even when another major storm hit and the street outside was completely underwater, our property stayed dry thanks to the excellent drainage work. I highly recommend this company to anyone in California who needs help with drainage or flooding issues around their home or apartment building. Their quick response and quality work made a huge difference for us!

We feel really fortunate to have had such a great crew work on our home remodeling project in Burbank. They handled our kitchen, master bathroom, and laundry room renovations. Everyone involved was wonderful to work with—always punctual, respectful, helpful, and ready to solve any issues that came up. We had a lot of specific requests, but Jude and his team made the whole process smooth and listened closely to our suggestions and questions. We especially appreciated that after each workday, Jude would give us updates on the progress and check in to hear our thoughts or ideas about the project. Thanks to their outstanding craftsmanship and attention to even the smallest details, our home turned out better than we imagined, including some unique design features we didn’t think were possible. Whenever we have another remodeling project or if anyone we know needs one in Burbank, this team will be the first we recommend. We’re excited to work with them again in the future!

i had stamped concrete patios in both my front and back yards in Burbank that hadn't been sealed in a long time, so they looked pretty worn out. hunter came by to check them out, explained what could be done, and gave me a clear estimate. honestly, i didn't think the patios could look new again, but was hoping for some improvement. when hunter finished the project, the patios looked fantastic—way better than i expected. the crew really paid attention to detail and worked hard to make sure everything turned out right. i'm super happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone in need of concrete or home remodeling work.

having hunter and the whole remodeling crew work on our home was a really great experience. communication was always clear and easy. hunter took extra time to answer all our questions, even though our remodel was smaller than what they usually handle. he explained each step so we could understand, and made sure we didn't miss any important details. the work turned out excellent, and if anything needed fixing, hunter made sure it was taken care of right away. i noticed he really cares about quality and doesn't let small imperfections slide, which made us feel confident in the final results. we’ll definitely reach out for our next home project!
