We had an outstanding experience with Corey Pate Construction. Coordinating with Tracy was incredibly smooth, and we managed to secure a slot on their packed schedule promptly. Brayden arrived right on time, was very friendly, and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after the work, and even shared some creative ideas for several other home remodeling projects. We were in Burbank and everything went off without a hitch.

This company is one of the best that we’ve dealt with in a long time! We were so happy with the personalized attention that we got, especially with the contractors giving us ideas for our project that we hadn’t thought of before. The contractors were incredibly polite, and got the work done in a high-quality way, as well as quickly. We loved working with this company, and plan to spread the word to our friends and family.

We had a wonderful remodeling experience with your staff. I had to find the perfect company for my best friend so that he can get his whole place remodeled. Everyone you sent to do his house was quite professional. The quality of the material was so good that it made the whole house look elegant. For price he paid, it was amazingly good. I spoke with Joe on the phone who was super nice and accommodating. My Mom needed some roof repair work and concrete work that was a trip hazard. She pointed out the issues to the contractor who went around the house to price up job and he gave me a full report. I called around for a few prices and his price was the going rate for what needed doing. I went with them and they did a great job. No waiting around for the work to get done, my Mom said they were there early to start and they made sure it was complete in the allotted time.

At Contractors Burbank everyone that I spoke with and worked with was absolutely wonderful. The work done was phenomenal, and we couldn't be any happier. They kept the area clean, organized, and minimized dust in other areas.

Just to say this pretty quick so I do not waste your time with a long review, some of my family (several members actually) have used Contractors Burbank before for some jobs. They are amazing. All their work are beautiful and everything is with efficiency and patience so that every corner and every spot can be more than 100%.

Contractors Burbank remodeled my kitchen the way I wanted it to be and that is why I am giving them a solid five stars. I wanted that Moroccan type style because I am in love with the design and style that the guys have and Contractors Burbank was able to get it done. The workers were reliable, polite, and worked as clean as possible, putting up plastic screens to protect the house from dust, and sweeping up at the end of the day.Chris answered our text calls and emails 24/7 always with a "nothing is to big of a problem" mentality.We are really happy with our kitchen and we will deff be calling Contractors Burbank for our next projects.Truly a great group of people, with exceptional customer service! highly recommeded, they deserve it.

I had a problem pop up and called 4 or 5 contractors. I was so impressed by the detail, clarity & professionalism of this company's written bid. Bo was on-time, he knew what he talking about and he answered all my questions. A genuinely good experience.

Bo came to us through a neighbor. She highly recommended him. I met with Bo and also a couple of other companies. We decided on using Bo not only because of our neighbor's recommendation but Bo was available to answer questions about the contract. He discussed options with us. We hired Bo and have been very pleased. Bo renovated our very old 1950 original garage into an ADU. Many issues came up during construction- termite damage, old water damaged wood, etc.. Bo handled all of it. He explained and showed us what and why. He uses an app to communicate and also to take lots of pictures. The pictures were very helpful when the cabinet installer missed an electrical outlet- I pulled up the photo and showed the installer (not Bo's guy) and the installer found the plug easily and took care of it. We will use Bo again. We wish we had more money to do all of the projects we want to do- paver sidewalk, renovate the bathroom, etc.. Bo can do all of it. He is very professional, he treats his team with respect and takes care of them, ie. breaks, lunch, etc. No messes, no smoking on the job, no carelessness... would definitely recommend Bo!

Used A-List for multiple projects for my home & business both quick & complicated. The Owner is highly attentive to detail, & very active on checking his teams work to make sure things are perfect. He has high expectations of the process, its cleanliness during & after the process & the final product. I highly recommend A-List construction. I have hired others that were cheaper in the past only to have to bring in A-List to fix it all (aka my laundry room) It cost me way more in the end to use someone not as skilled then to just pay a little more to A-List who cares about his work.

Bo and team are awesome!! Special thanks to Juan, Erik, Idan, Mauricio, and Javier. He bailed us out of a terrible situation with professionalism and ease. A pipe burst in the attic over my daughter's bedroom and we hired a restoration company our emergency plumber had referred us to over a holiday weekend. Needless to say, that was our mistake.

Thankfully, I asked Bo to give us an estimate on converting a walk-in closet in that room to a bathroom (since we already had a mess on our hands, we figured we should make the best of it). Bo took one look at what was happening and started to give us guidance. On top of that, he recommended against doing the bigger job even though that would have meant more money for him. Graciously, he agreed to take over our restoration.

By the end, the room wasn't only fixed, it was improved. The team took the entire ceiling out and rebuilt it with new insulation. He replaced the plumbing in the attic, the poorly installed ceiling mount for our fan, installed new recessed lighting and an attic fan. My daughter had some very specific painting preferences that were met too. That's not even the best part... he dealt with the insurance company and made sure the settlement would take care of the damage.

I hate having work done on my house. It's a mess and the communication is always terrible. Also, my son has a miserable dust allergy. This crew was clean and the communication was other level. Bo has everyone on a chat where daily details are documented, and if I ever had a question it was answered immediately. I am deeply grateful to have a general contractor that I would hire again and again. Thanks A-list Construction!!

I've done 2 big full home renovation jobs with A-List, and both were great! Bo and his crew are always communicating where we are in the project, and what's next. When problems arise, because they always do, they handled it and I never had to worry. From Permitting to inspections, they were on it. AND they're very clean. The job site was picked up and cleaned every night before the crew left. Amazing. We are Game of Thrones fans and we call the -A-list crew "The Unsullied", because they come in and take it all out. Quick! We have more jobs in the pipeline and I'll definitely be using these guys.

First and foremost I would like to compliment this company on their professional and friendly customer service. Bo the owner as well as his direct communications team, Juan and Erick are all very pleasant to deal with under sometimes very stressful circumstances like a renovation. I have no background in construction so Bo made sure to walk me through the whole process and explained in detail everything that needs to be done and how it will be handled. This was the selling point for why I used A-List. When receiving quotes, other general contractors were short in answers and did not want to spend their time explaining things to me. Bo was happy to share his knowledge as he understands that renovations are expensive and wanted to make me feel 100% confident with how I spend my money.

A-list has now done two renovations for me and my family and we are beyond happy with the work performed. We were treated very fairly and Bo even came up with some very clever ideas to help us save money during the construction.

It is obvious that the quality of work performed is very important to this company as they do stand behind their work.

We hired Create Construction for a major renovation that included an office addition, a complete kitchen remodel, a master bathroom remodel, adding a brand-new powder room, full home electrical re-wiring, removing old flooring and installing beautiful new wood floors, a new roof, new windows, and full interior and exterior painting. It was a massive project — and they exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

"Yarin did an outstanding job with the complete remodel of our condo in Santa Monica. We did a significant amount of work on the 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, den, and kitchen, including changing the layout in some rooms and hallways. This is the second major remodel we have done in LA, and this time it went much smoother. Yarin and Kim were both very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, and the web portal made it easy to track the progress and pay invoices. With any big construction project, there are going to be hiccups along the way, and with each challenge we faced, Yarin was reasonable and honest about making things right.
