Just wanted to finally drop a long-overdue review about our experience with Leal Office Cleaning. We’ve actually been working with them for over three years now here in San Jose. Funny enough, we started using them because a friend of ours who has an office near Santana Row recommended them to us, and honestly, it’s been a great decision.
We used to have another cleaning company that was pretty basic—vacuuming, trash, light dusting, that sort of thing. But Leal has really been a game changer. They’ve been so detail-oriented—cleaning inside our office fridge, wiping fingerprints off our monitors, and just making the whole office feel spotless. It’s those little touches that really stand out and make it a nicer place to come into every morning.
So yeah, if you’re in San Jose and need a team that really goes the extra mile, Leal is definitely worth it. Took me a while to get around to writing this, but they’ve truly earned it!

We started using Leal Office Cleaning for our building’s common areas after our property manager brought them on, and they’ve been amazing. The lobby and hallways have never looked better, and everything always feels fresh and clean. One of the cleaners actually left us a card for their residential services, and now I even have the residential Cleaning crew taking care of my own apartment. Ray Higuera , the cleaning technician, did a fabulous job. He was very thorough in explaining his work, took time to use safety measures in the house, and conductive himself in a professional way. Job well done of Ray!

Manuel was courteous, communicated well and got our carpets clean in record time. We also had some area rugs that needed cleaning, he hauled them away, wrote up the paperwork and we should get them back 10/3/25. We're happy.

We have kids & pets, our couch was super dirty.
After Coit cleaned it, our 20 year old couch looks like new again.
There were a lot of stains/spots i didn't think would ever come out.
The results are amazing!

Chris was incredibly conscientious and thorough. He treated our stone floors with the same care and attention as if they were his own. Our travertine, marble, and carpet all look fantastic thanks to his work. We highly recommend Chris!
