Always a pleasure to have COIT come and clean our carpets each year. I also had some spot cleans too on area rugs. Very professional and managed my expectations and great value. Great team from the moment you make that first call to get a quotations.

The work has always been excellent (area rugs, draperies, bedspreads -- no wall-to-wall carpeting).

Abraham was our service rep and we had our traffic areas in our home cleaned.. He did a thorough job and we are pleased with Coit. We have had our sofa and drapery cleaned in the past. I had my throw carpets cleaned & they came back looking brand new. One was particularly dirty & spotted from the dog & it looked as good as the other one I had done that wasn’t as dirty. I have had coit out to do air ducts & clean clothes dryer previously w/great results.

We had coit clean our air ducts and dryer. Everything up until the actual service was great. Easy scheduling, clear communication on timing.

The technician who came though was like a bull in a china shop. He knocked over a ton of things, breaking some bottles that were sitting on a countertop. He didn’t answer any of my questions during the service, and when I was explaining some concerns around mold and wanting to make sure we cleaned everything after having a rat problem last year, he was dismissive and told me it didn’t matter in a super abrasive way.

One particular example is when he needed access to a room I was in the middle of framing a large scale picture in, I asked him to wait a moment so I could pick it up so he didn’t step on it… he simply ignored me and accidentally stepped on it.

The air filters seem clean now, and the dryer isn’t spitting out lint so I assume he did a good job… but the overall in-person experience was so poor that I felt the need to leave a more thorough review.

I had some hesitation with using Coit , they were hands down the most reasonable in terms of their prices. I had 5 area rugs all were wool and all were 20 years old with some staining. I had a great experience with the Coit representative who came out to give me an estimate and he also picked up the rugs and delivered them, and this made me feel comfortable with their service . He was also very attentive, answered all the questions i had , so once again, he put me at ease . I'd never had my area rugs cleaned prior, and I was very satisfied with the end results . 90% of stains were taken out and the rugs themselves are definitely cleaner overall and the colors are now brighter. The pile is also now thicker , much like the condition they were in when they were new .

Ray H. expertly cleaned our cream-colored sofa and matching side chair. We had him come right back to clean our .HVAC duct & vents.

He is really easy to work with and it was fun having him in our home!!!!!!

Martin did a fantastic job on our living room carpet. We had waited a tad too long since the last cleaning and the carpet truly was in need of a good cleaning. Thank you Martin for bringing our carpet back to life!

Had a silk carpet cleaned but the corner I specifically asked to get the smell out of still smells (from cat). I have had other silk rugs cleaned for same problem and they got it out. The Roman shades I had cleaned still had the spots I wanted removed still there. I was told it would damage them too much to get the spots off. I have had them cleaned once before with COIT and the same type spots came off. Almost $600 and I was not happy with any of the cleaning this time as I had been in the past. Guess I will be looking for someone else in the future. So disappointed. The gentlemen who came out were very nice at least

This was my third time using Coit. I’m very satisfied with their services.

We appreciate the immediate response and effective treatment for smoke damage. In addition, we had the HVAC duct, dryer and vent cleaned. Excellent service and nice people to work with!

Mike and his team were great. In addition to conducting a terrific cleaning, he answered our questions and was highly personable. Will definitely use Coit again.

We are very happy on how COIT cleaned our tile. We have a large area of kitchen, family room, entry, laundry room and bath. The grout was very dirty, especially in the kitchen. The results were very good. Chris, the technician was friendly and worked very hard. He explained what he was doing and what he could not do.

I was very please with his careful he removed my drapes as they were very dusty. He explained the whole process and when they would return.

I received them back today and they are brighter and smell so fresh!
I recommend COIT for your drapery needs.

The cleaner worked really hard. Unfortunately, my carpet needs to be replaced. The following day an herbal tea stain resurfaced and a few more. I hand treated some stains myself the following day. It’s white carpet, and five people live here!

I have used COIT 3 times in the last two years. They have always done a great job, better than I expected. They are friendly and courteous and very focused on getting the job done. I will always use them in future. I just called them again and they were on time, fast and my carpet looks great again.

The Coit technician, Joaquin, did a great job cleaning the carpet. My carpet looks so much better after the cleaning. The detergent used had a pleasant fragrance without being too strong. Technician was friendly, professional and diligent.

I've had these 100 percent wool Chinese rugs for years....it's probably been 25 years since I had them cleaned! They turned as if they were brand new! The gentleman who picked them up and delivered them was informative how to keep them looking brand new and helped me navigate where they should be placed. Thank you Cout and staff..excellent service .excellent results
