Mannie Quero was my cleaning technician. He was on time (early in fact), courteous and thorough. He did a good job. My communication with the home office, however, was less than optimal. I had requested a morning cleaning and was arbitrarily assigned an afternoon appointment. When I requested a call back, no Coit staff person ever returned my call.

I had an excellent experience with COIT. They cleaned my couch, my rug, and they made my vinyl plank floors look brand new. I am a contractor and I recommend them to anyone who needs deep cleaning.

I continue for the past 20+ years to use COIT to clean my upholstered items. I met Martin Corona from COIT and always request him. He has exceptional customer service, takes great care and is a true pro. Today was a fantastic experience! My house will be ready to host for the holidays. Thank you Martin and COIT!!

I had the privilege of meeting Steve, a wonderfully kind, considerate, and funny! COIT cleaning specialist. He has been working with the company for 50 years and his efficient yet thorough work ethic is something my family and I are exceedingly grateful for. He came earlier than expected (and even called ahead of time), did a full assessment of our 2 couches + an ottoman, and dry cleaned everything in only one hour. He quoted the best price and provided the most realistic scenarios about year old stains. It can be extremely difficult to find a hard working individual with integrity these days, and Steve just knocked it out of the park. I thank him for connecting with me and for establishing the trust that is needed when handling older yet beloved pieces of furniture.

I had tenants absolutely destroy my travertine stone floors. The professionals at Coit came in and made everything back to almost new condition. I am blown away by the results. They were super communicative, professional, and did an excellent job.

The technician, Fabian, was
excellent, polite, and did a great job cleaning my ottoman and rocking chair and got a difficult stain totally out. I’d always ask for Fabian as he was very professional and did a great job.

Coit saved me during the holiday. Last minute request for cleaning and Coit showed up. My carpet hadn’t been cleaned for years, so I didn’t expect much. Amazingly Dave removed every spot! Beautiful carpets! Thanks Dave & Coit!

The technician came on time, was courteous, and did an awesome job. My small recliner hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years, and had some heavily soiled spot, but when he was finished, it looked like new again!

Carpet turned out fine after 2 days of drying. I had 2 bedrooms cleaned. The MB is large. I noticed a lot of buckling of the carpet the pad was buckling underneath the carpet. Very damp took 2 days to dry completely. Never had this happen before requested Manny but they sent another person. Martin said several times, “I am very good at my job and have a lot of experience.” Total time spent at my house 40 min including the estimate and set up. I have never had my carpets cleaned in 40 minutes.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service I got from Coit. Danny was very professional. He came in. He explained what my options were and gave me a very reasonable price to clean out my vents my air draw my dryer vent and sanitize. I was so happy with the results and the whole thing took less than three hours.

I decided to “try” COIT , being in this cleaning industry and having a good reputation, why not give them a try…. And thus far I am glad I did. My technician Fabian, was on time, friendly and very professional. He was here for the duration, and seemed to care about the quality of his work! I was constantly informed of the arrival time window and Fabian was not late. The quality of his work was excellent and my couches have never looked better!

Cris arrived early, moved heavier furniture out of the way for us, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. The hallway into the garage had accumulated a lot of dirt I didn't think would come out, but it did. He also did an excellent job cleaning out our dryer vent. Good spirited, polite, and a hard worker. I felt he went beyond and above what we asked, all with a cheerful attitude. We hope we can have him back for our next cleaning job.

The technician arrived when expected and thoroughly cleaned the furnace ductwork and showed me where and how the filters go in. It’s an older gas furnace and we didn’t see that before. It was probably the first time in 20 years that the ductwork had been cleaned. (We moved in this past summer.) Anyway, the air inside smells clean and dust-free. I highly recommend Coit’s service!

I had Coit out today to clean our ventilation system and I’m really glad I did. The crew showed up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, and got right to work. They were professional, respectful of the space, and clearly experienced.

This was done to address a lingering mold and mildew smell that had been bothering us, and the improvement was noticeable almost immediately. It feels good knowing the system was properly cleaned and handled the right way.

Overall, it was an easy, stress free experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Coit again or recommend them to others.

We own a couple of buildings in SF. We needed 8 dryer vents cleaned out. They took their time. They were very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. Praise goes out to both Peter and Kevin. They were great. We will certainly use them again.

We have used Coit in the past for draperies. This was our first time for carpets. Our carpets were in bad shape with stains and a needed stretching.. The estimator can over, reviewed site and offered services that could be used. Our Tech showed up our appointment day and did a great job on the stains.

Two jobs were done on two separate days. Both groups of workers seemed to handle their jobs with ease and efficiency. I had a follow up issue that was handled within days by the same person who worked here. Clients should be notified that opening the blinds/drapes and windows would help the carpets to dry faster.

We hired Coit to polish marble flooring in a high end condominum in Redwood Shores, before listing the home. They did an excellent job, and we compared it to another company. Their prices were reasonable, their communication was excellent and they were on time in delivering the finished project. I highly recommend them.

The agent Chris was right on time. There was a little glitch. He was missing apart to hook up to the water supply, but instead of counseling, he managed to find one in town and come back and do a sensational job on my Carpets. Hopefully they will continue to look that great when they’re dry. Thank you, Koit. We will call again.
