Vlad, the technician who came to the house, actually came 4 times. The first 3 times he was able to tweak things to make the refrigerator cool properly, explaining that a replacement of parts would eventually be necessary. He always came the same day I called and didn't charge me until he actually replaced the fan and temperature control. My refrigerator is working as good as new and I would definitely recommend him.

My ancient sub zero (30+ years) is functioning today thanks to the knowledge and expertise of Vlad Krupo. He is pleasant and professional with the ability to quickly diagnose and explain the problem. The work is completed neatly and efficiently and his prices are fair. My side by side is in good hands.

We have Vlad check out a potential water leak for our subzero fridge. Called him on late Sunday afternoon. He picked up the call right away and scheduled a time on Monday. Vlad was wonderful. My refrigerator died on a holiday weekend, and he came out on a Sunday and to see if he could do anything. He ended up having to order parts and charged exactly what he estimated and did the work the day he said he would. He followed up when he said he would each time.
