Vlad fixed our subzero refrigerator and then later fixed our subzero freezer. Every time he has been to our house he is courteous and efficient and cleans up carefully. He twice came out on a Saturday so we could get our problem looked at and fixed sooner. He charged a reasonable price. He always arrived within the time frame he gave and I especially liked how he texted 30 minutes ahead of when he was arriving. I highly recommend him!

Vlad is a wonderful & great professional with knowledge & skills. We do need more professional technicians like him.

Had a problem with my subzero. The freezer was not working and the icemaker had stopped working a long time before Grupo came in the following day after we spoke and made the repairs needed with no problems. I would not hesitate to call them again for my next repair.

I've owned a Viking column style refrigerator and a freezer for quite a while. Every time there was an issue, Sub-Zero Repairs promptly and expeditiously provided superb service to get the equipment back to good working order. A few weeks ago my freezer received a high temp alarm and shortly thereafter stopped working. Vlad stopped by to investigate the problem the very next day, and, expertly recommended a few solutions to the issue. Once the necessary replacement parts arrived, the job was completed promptly and accurately. Vlad is high on my very short list of dependable repairmen. He has always given me an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. But honestly I would rather wait for weeks instead of hiring anyone else to repair or service my stove and fridge.

On Friday my refrigerator was no longer cooling. After reading all these positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. And I am very glad that I did. The repair man was prompt and polite, he took time to explain exactly what was wrong with my fridge and how to fix it. He had brand new parts with him and did the repair right away. My Samsung washer stopped draining and I called this company for service. Mike the technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with the drain pump, gave a bid, which was very fair. I approved the repair. Mike had the brand new pump on his truck and installed it pretty fast. He was professional and very friendly, answered all my questions. We needed a new compressor in our refrigerator which was covered by the manufacturer. However the repair service they used was 2 hours away. Naila came up the next day, long drive and all!! I ordered a brand new side by side LG fridge for a renovation project I have in Gary IN, however once plugged up the fridge continued to beep as if the door had been left open even when closed. I spoke to Nila before I headed out of town on vacation and she scheduled me on the day I returned. She even waited over an hour for me to make it back from the airport and fixed the fridge within 15 minutes. Amazing, professional, and kind thank you!

I recently had my GE oven repaired by Mike. This was my second time I used this company. Once before for my dryer which is working properly now. This is the most friendly and honest company. They saved me a lot of money by taking time to repair my old appliances rather than tell me I needed a new one. Both times the work was done efficiently and cost-effectively. The technician was knowledgeable, he has many years of experience, and very nice. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Disappointing Experience with Calabasas Appliance Repair

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Calabasas Appliance Repair, specifically from Helen. I called for assistance with my Samsung refrigerator, clearly stated the issue, and agreed to the $95 service fee. However, the technician showed up, opened the freezer door and simply told us to turn off the fridge for 48 hours and try again. If that didn't work, we'd need a new fridge. To add insult to injury, he claimed Samsung was a problematic brand that nobody can fix.

What's appalling is that they sent a technician all the way to my home, charged me $95, and didn't even attempt to fix the issue. I had called another company before and they have a more customer-centric approach - they told me over the phone that they don't work with Samsung, saving me time and money.

It seems Calabasas Appliance Repair is more interested in collecting service fees than providing genuine support. Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone and will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have used this company quite a few times over the years. The technicians are always on time and friendly, they are so knowledgeable about my appliances and use high quality parts, they are upfront about cost of labor. They are honest and would do anything to save you money.

I was very satisfied with the refrigerator service I received from this appliance company. I got appointment that same day I called. The service person was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. He had the required fan motor on his truck, showed me the broken part and installed new motor right away. He even wiped the floor after repair was finished, though the floor was clean. He was very careful and hard working. The price was great and the service was fantastic.
