My friend recommended this company to me and I was very happy when I got an appointment that same day. The repair man arrived in 2 hours, he quickly and accurately determined the problem with my dryer, hi-limit thermostat, he had a brand new part on his truck and fixed the dryer right away. His charge was very reasonable, service was fast and friendly. I was very satisfied with this company and recommend them to my friends and family.

I had an issue with my sub zero fridge that two other companies could not even diagnose. I called John and he was able to fix it first try! Overall had a great experience, definitely recommend.

Our subzero refrigerator door handle fell off. It was impossible for us to repair because the fridge has a wood panel over the door and we could not find a person who knew how to take it off and repair the handle. We contacted Royal Appliance and John came out and fixed it with ease. He was punctual, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. John had the appliance and carpentry experience to do this job. We are so pleased to finally have an honest, reasonable appliance repair company when we need help with all our subzero/wolf products. Thank you, John!

We had a microwave that stopped heating and a dishwasher making weird noises. Coastal Fix Appliance Repair came out to our Westlake Village home and fixed both appliances in one visit. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to explain what was wrong with each unit. Microwave needed a new magnetron and dishwasher had a worn out spray arm bearing. Both are working perfectly now. Loved that they could handle multiple appliances and the service call fee was waived since they did the repairs. Great experience! Having a sub zero fridge as always been a plus for my family due to all the benefits that come with owning such a prestigious fridge .
We had our yearly bbq and for some reason I’ve started noticing ice parts all over the freezer , and that also the fridge itself couldn’t maintain a cool temperature.
I’ve called Coastal Fix , and for my surprise they showed up on the 4th itself .
After almost 25 minutes of checking out stuff , the tech completed the diagnostic and found the problem , the ice buildup and the cooling issue were both happening due a faulty fan .
The tech replaced the fan for us on spot , was nice and explained exactly how it may have happened ( the unit is 10 years old )
I truly recommend coastal fix , they are fast , reliable, and fair on thier prices

I was visiting California and staying at my cousins house in Westlake village when he was out of town .
For an unknown reason the fridge stopped cooling .
I called Coastal Fix , they sent in a technician in less then 2 hrs , he diagnosed the problem in no time and fixed it fast .

Our dishwasher is less then 1 years old and for some reason dishes were not coming out clean .
I’ve called Coastal Fix , and in no time there tech Ron was at our place . It appears the filter had a lot of grim and dirt stuck in it and needed a good cleanup , Ron cleaned it and did a full maintenance service on the unit , Ron also explained me about the different modes of my almost new dishwasher , and gave me tips on how to maintain it and keeping filter clean , so problem won’t happen again .
My dishes are sparkling again , 5 star service

I don’t even can’t say how much I appreciate Coastal Fix. My washer broke down and I called 4 companies.
for some reason a lot of companies don’t work on LG washers… I was close to give up, and a friend referred me to Coastal Fix .
Their tech showed up same day , ran a test on the machine and said it needs a new drain pump. He ordered the part and in less then 24 hrs was back and replaced the part, and like magic, my washer was running like it just came out of the shop. They also didn’t charge me for a service call as it was applied as credit towards the total cost of the job.

my stove had 4 burners
High end , pricey , built to last 20 years at least I’ve been told , a while ago one burner stopped working , I’ve just ignored it and kept on going , last week boom another one down .
Called the warranty company, it appears my warranty is over . Called Coastal Fix Appliance Repair , Elad showed up in less then 45 min , looked at it ran some diagnostic , and said he will need to get the parts to replace and it’s like 24-48 hrs , no biggie still had two burners .
Showed up back in less then 24 hrs , fixed and gave me 12 months warranty on the parts and labor . What a dude , smiles , funny , fabulous energy and vibes .
Best service , price was reasonable, all around a good company that gets the job done !

So I don’t normally write reviews But let me tell you , Coastal fix appliance repair was so fast to answer me over the weekend send someone right away to see my non working laundry machine which broke on my birthday by the way … the guy came right on time and we needed a piece which they overnight it and he came back and my laundry works better then before . Seriously best service I’ve ever had , I highly recommend them .

My dryer been making weird noise , and wasn’t drying the clothes in it.
I’ve call Coastal Fix , and in less then 1 hr their technician Ron was at my location working on my unit , it appeared that my unit had two issues and Ron was very friendly and explained me the process , cost , and timing .
In less then two hours I had my dryer running again , service was second to none, and price was reasonable.
