Hrant was great! Showed up in time, and did a great job assessing and cleaning my dryer. Looks brand new again in the inside making me feel reassured and safe. I do a lot of laundry and I alway worry about the backed up lint. Now I can continue with no worry for a few months again!

Our clothes washer started violently shaking and dancing across the floor of our garage. Pete came with 3 hours notice and diagnosed the problem. Needed new shocks. He ordered new parts and came back 6 days later to fix the issue and install the new shocks. He also gave other tips on things we could do to improve our dishwasher functioning, our dryer functioning and more. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and he put up with working in our hot garage. Great experience. The technician arrived on time to fix our leaking washer/dryer combo. They had the parts on hand and were able to fix our unit in less than an hour. They will be our first call for any appliance repair in the future.

Avoid this service! The technician showed up late, took forever to finish the job, and overcharged me. Despite the high cost, the repair didn't even last. The refrigerator stopped cooling just two hours after he left. Unprofessional and overpriced. Save your money and go elsewhere.

These are the people you need to call when you have a problem technician showed up on time diagnose the problem in moments and then fixed it in minutes had all the equipment on him I can't say enough amazing things definitely call them if you have a problem ever with any of your appliances

What a fantastic professional company. Willing to help me on the phone troubleshoot the problem first to see if I don’t need anybody. And then fitting me in and coming right away when it couldn’t be done over the phone. They are very professional very knowledgeable. When the parts arrived for the high end freezer they fixed in no time and they are extremely nice on top of it. I have their sticker posted on all my appliances now to make sure if anything happens I call them directly from here going forward I would highly recommend them. I believe Robert is the owner and Dimitri was the one who repaired my freezer both fantastic.
