It wasn't a complicated fix (flushing out the condensation drainage), but he gave good advice on how to avoid the problem in the future, what a regular maintenance schedule should be, and he identified other issues that aren't currently a problem, but could become one in the future if not addressed (without any pressure to take on the work immediately or anything like that). I was very satisfied and would call them again if something comes up.
