Repair to heating duct. Our repair technician was Alan. Great Customer Service attitude! He explained options for repair and I was allowed to make my own decision. No pressure from Alan. He did a great job and showed me a picture of the finished repair after he came down from the attic. I will call them again when it's time to service my heating system.

After numerous misdiagnosis of my problem and buying uneeded parts from other companies Mark was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes correctly and fixed the probelm. Parts were inexpnsive too. I would definitely use them again

When my heater stopped working I didn't know who to call that would be an honest and reputable company. So I asked my handyman and he referred me to Harber Heating and Air and I am so glad I called them. They are a family owned business and they are honest, thorough and have good rates. I give them an A+ rating.

Excellent customer service. Very timely and respectful not pushy. Fair prices and knows their stuff. They are now my go-to people for AC and Heat issues.

Had Harber Heating and air come out to get a second opinion after trying a new repair guy that fried our circuit board and thermostat making what should’ve been a simple repair. Gustavo and Race the techs were great to deal with and explained what was going on as they were going. They ended up needing to replace more parts that the other guys messed up after just getting it working again. Will 100% use Harber heating and air in the future

I have had three occasions to use Greg. He came right away and diagnosed the problem. I have also used him for general serving and maintenance for a very fair charge. He was very respectful of my home and explained everything he was doing and why. I have total confidence in him and when the time comes to replace my very old system I will call Greg for sure

Stellar service. Couldn't be happier. Call them! Greg answered the phone, Greg made the service call, as he said he would. He showed up on time, got right down to business, and with his partner Robert quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Both men were gracious, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and if I could give them 6 stars I would. They cleaned up every smudge and speck after their work. I'm confident that they will treat my elderly mother and aunt with respect and fairness, and we are now lifelong customers for maintenance as well as repairs.
