Castle Air Inc just completed installing a new air conditioning unit, heater unit, and duct. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job. Ryan was always available and the crew went above and beyond. It was refreshing to have a contractor that knows how to finish a project. Excellent workmanship from start to finish!

Castle Air upgraded our HVAC system in Newbury Park. I compared prices with many vendors and they happened to provide the best value but more important they did a clean job quickly and were always on time. When I had an issue with my thermostat a year later they came right out and took care of it under warrantee at no cost to me. They also service my unit as needed.

ALL Toasty saved us THOUSANDS of dollars!!! Here is what happened. Our AC just stopped working. It was 25+ years old - so we figured it needed to be replaced. The first AC repair company we called for a bid, told us it had to be replaced - there was nothing he could do. Then companies 2, 3 and 4 came out and either just relied on us saying it needed to be replaced or actually did look at the compressor and agreed it needed to be replaced. We were getting bids from 20K-30K! But upon recommendation from a friend, we call All Toasty and Ricardo and Juan came out. We told them the same thing - the AC needs replacing - but instead of just putting together a bid - they actually went to the compressor, opened a lid, pressed a button - and the AC came back to life!!!!! That simple!!!! We were going to spend thousands of dollars to replace a perfectly good unit!!! Moreover, Juan and Roberto are pleasant, they texted back promptly, I enjoyed talking with them and most of all, they saved us 20K+!!! I am so angry at the other companies....and am so thrilled with Juan and Ricardo - that I am now a customer for life!!!!

Our water heater went out. We called All Toasty and their response was immediate. We explored all options with thorough information provided. We upgraded to a tankless water heater with water softener. We love it!!! Work was fast, clean and gentlemen were friendly and professional.

Called The guys at All Toasty to have a couple portable air conditioning units installed in a portable office space. The crew made quick work of it, did a very professional job and were very clean and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs. All Toasty has always done a good job for me. When I called regarding an issue with my a.c., Alan from All Toasty was out the next day. He was thorough, patiently explained my options and quickly took care of the problem. .

We were previously using another HVAC company and had even purchased a monthly maintenance plan with them. Our AC condensation collector ended up overflowing causing major damage to our floors. The company we normally use wasn’t available right away, so we ended up calling All Toasty after hearing about their great reviews. They sent guys out the same day and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They also installed a back flow device to prevent this from happening again. All of the work was reasonably priced. They were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sell us on any extra maintenance plans (which I now regret signing up for with the other company we originally used). All Toasty is now our go-to for anything HVAC related. It’s also a bonus that they are privately owned by local residents.

Turned on my air conditioning for the first time this year and it sounded like it started up but there was no air blowing. I called several companies and All Toasty was the only one that could make it out that same day. Thought I would need a new ac unit but as soon as I explained the problem to them they knew exactly what the issue was. Turns out my capacitor went out. The technician had one in his van and it was replaced in about 15 mins. I’m so glad I called All Toasty. Alan did a terrific job as usual. Does a great job explaining what he did and updating me on the condition of my system. I couldn't be happier with his work and the company in general. A maintenance agreement is the only way to go to keep your system in tip top shape.
