Keith was awesome. I originally called Elite for an inspection where they couldn't perform it because my sewage pipes weren't immaculate, and they quoted an absurd amount to hydrojet to proceed with the inspection. They stuck the camera into my sewage main for 10 feet, stopped, and then still charged me for the service. They also recommended a few other things that they convinced me I needed. I was about to pull the trigger but had a last minute decision to call a few other plumbers. I called Conejo plumbing solutions and I'm so glad I did. He was able to perform the inspection and show everything was in very good health. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me very thoroughly. He's extremely honest and I inquired on a few of the recommendations from Elite and explained to me why I didn't need them... anyone else would have taken my money for something I didn't need. One phone call saved me a few grand and I'll be calling Keith next time for my plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Conejo Plumbing Solutions! I called Keith, the owner, and made plans for him to come and look at a shower we were having problems with. He was straightforward about the potential time and cost that might be involved. He then made the time to come and diagnose the issue, saying that if it was a larger repair he would apply his service fee to the job if necessary. But he solved the issue in one visit. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining things to us. This is the kind of solid, trustworthy service we need more of, and the kind of business we should all support. He quickly identified and fixed the problem for a great price, offering extraordinary expertise and excellent customer service in the process. I got an estimate from another company (thousand oaks plumbing) after waiting 3 days for the technician to come out. The charge was going to be $99 if I ended up not having them to the job. The estimate seemed really high but I wanted the job done so I agreed. He said they would be out two days later and I said OK. I really agonized over the cost so the next day I googled plumbers and saw CONEJO PLUMBLING SOLUTIONS. I called and KEITH gave me a ball park estimate over the phone. It was so low compared to the other one that I said when can you do the job? He said tomorrow. I called TO Plumbing to cancel and they billed me the $99 which I agreed to. Keith came out and did a FANTASTIC job, was very personable and professional. The cost was over 2 times LESS than the other estimate. I found a plumber for life!!!!!!
