My experience with Rooter Man was EXCELLENT! I had a plumbing emergency about 4:30 PM on a Friday and they dispatched Orlando. Not only was he professional, but very experienced in this field. He was quick to find out the problem, and called dispatch to make sure the equipment he needed was going to respond even though it was close to the end of their work shift. The problem was much bigger than expected, but he called in a camera for the next day so I could see the issue prior to making decisions. But before he left that evening, he made sure I was temporarily running for the night. The following day, the supervisor came out with him and spent about an hour assessing everything and video recording the problem in the old clay pipes. All was done on Saturday and he made sure not to leave without the work being done. OUTSTANDING!!!

Great service. Orlando was fantastic, he took the time to explain the problem and gave us a couple different options to choose from. This is the 2nd time he has helped us and we HIGHLY recommend him and his work.

Jacob Sanchez got to my home within an hour of calling. He was very professional and explained to me all aspects of plumbing and clearing drains. Cleared my drain quickly. I booked them for an appointment and the service technician who came out didn’t even attempt to snake my clean out and instead tried to upsell me by telling me the toilet had to be removed. I called another plumber who came out and snaked the clean out and my issue was fixed in 30 minutes. Save your time and money and call someone who isn’t just trying to charge you because they are commissioned based.

Not satisfied with his suggestions to remedy the problem, I was given some misinformation about my situation, i asked what size cable he was using and he said 3/4 inch on a sink drain, he suggested I may have a hole in my pipe but never provide any proof that exists. No suggestions of a camera before offering more expensive solutions. He displayed his dissatisfaction as he left!

He was polite and knowledgeable about his job. Straight forward and honest recommendation was helpful in trying to understand what my next move is.

The repair man was comprehensive, competent, and most of all he was patient with my distracting questions. The emails/phone contact interactions could be streamlined but that may have been confusion on my part.
