Our primary plumber Fernando was absolutely outstanding from start to finish for a highly complex sewer pipe replacement project. He informed me of every detail of the work needed for all phases of the process, was assisted by a team of very competent technicians, and was totally professional and extremely efficient yet meticulous in completing the job and cleanup.
Best plumbing repair experience I’ve had in my 50 years as a homeowner. And the 25-year warranty further justified the cost and was assured by such high quality products used and workmanship.

Rene did his best to give me the $49 special. He spent a lot of time working on it, and it's not his fault it didn't work. As their guarantee says, he didn't charge me since he wasn't able to clear the drain. He was very knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to help us even though our clog was too much for his machinery. He gave me useful tips and information, and was respectful of the property, etc.

I called Rooter Man because my kitchen sink was not draining. I assumed it would be a simple clogged line service but unfortunately I was wrong. My clean out line for my sink drain was clogged and had a sudden break. They sent Rodrigo out immediately and within an hour he was at my home.

Rodrigo was the best! He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that my repair was not only complete but he also inspected the entire underside of the home to see what else possibly would need repair in the future. I am looking forward to my next repair and will use Rooter Man !

Jacob from Rooter Man Plumbing was exceptional. He arrived quickly and immediately put us at ease with his kind, respectful, and professional demeanor. He was mindful of our home, clearly knowledgeable about the issue, and explained everything in a way that felt honest and reassuring. Our kitchen sink had been backing up, and he resolved the problem efficiently, completely finished within about 30 minutes without ever feeling rushed. His workmanship and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. It’s rare to find service that is both highly effective and genuinely considerate, and Jacob delivered exactly that. I would absolutely recommend him and Rooter Man Plumbing without hesitation.

The plumbing work, speed of work, and communication of work was great. But, I would never have had them include drywall, patch, or paint work in the job if I knew it was going to be this bad. They should outsource the drywall to other contractors or not charge what they do for a project (over $30k!) if this is the end result.

Edgar and his Assistant did a great job.
They checked my water pressure in the shower and said it’s the best it could be.

But they installed a new faucet on my patio.
They were quick and professional.

Camarillo Plumbing quoted $475 for a cartridge repair for the shower. They broke the set screw that would have given them access. They then quoted $3000 for the repair which I refused. This was lowered to $1500. Later the tech said that it would only be $475 because he was able to fix it quickly. I thanked him for his honesty.

Called this company on Saturday at 8:30 am as I was concerned I had a gas leak on my dryer and I needed it checked. I even stated to the message woman that it was important and could not wait until normal working hours. Today is Tuesday and as of the time I am doing this review, I have still not been contacted by Camarillo Plumbing. I therefore contacted a different plumbing company and they came out and I had a gas leak and it was a definite leak that could of caused some damage. I will never recommend Camarillo Plumbing to anyone.

I had a serious toilet leak that caused damage that spread into the drywall. Arturo was very honest about the situation and was able to give me contacts and connections to sources that would help me with the situation. I was am truly grateful.
When I had a different issue with my water heater I didn’t hesitate to contact Camarillo plumbing again to assist. They didn’t disappoint. They came in a timely manner and were able to help me.

Noah the technician was very helpful in addressing our plumbing needs. Was honest about what he thought was wrong and did not try to encourage a fix that wasn’t needed.

Our old huge tank water heater started leaking and needed replacement. We got 3 quotes - Camarillo Plumbing (while not cheap - though cost of everything is unbelievable nowadays) was reasonable with the nicest service team. Edgar and his assistant were responsive, on time, explained everything clearly, even connected me with his office to answer questions. We opted for the tankless water heater - they took pictures, drained the old tank (thoughtful to drain it to an area of dead grass), removed it, replaced it, replaced all the necessary piping and cleaned up before they left. Edgar went over everything with me and showed me the pressure of water going into the house. He came at around 4:30pm on a Wednesday evening and worked until 10pm and came back the next morning and finished the job thoroughly over another couple hours. They honored a coupon for the heater, and sent me information on a rebate program. They offer full pay and financing options. Very easy to work with, straightforward, respectful, thorough, explain well and left the area very clean. Thank you to the team.

The technician got there quickly and was nice enough guy left briefly to get the part and come back with a friend to help him. I just needed them to crimp a cap on a 2-in copper . The pipe to be capped was 20 something feet above the roof of a bathroom located in a warehouse with 35 ft ceiling. I even provided the extension and it cost me $675! Seems outrageous for a 5-minute job but I was at in a pinch on a job site out of town and needed it done right away. Maybe charge half that and you get five stars.

Edgar did a great job and was very good at detailing options for us. We had all kinds of issues with getting the right part (which we were doing on our end) and Edgar made every effort to reschedule and come back as soon as he was able to. This simple install of a waste disposal was completed as expected BUT was charged at a rate, if you exclude the 10% senior discount, was the equivalent of over $500 per hour. Local service, with the wrong address on their documentation and unwilling to review the charge since they completed their detailed paper work to their standard.
P.S. They failed to mention/advise the presence of mold due to leaking and a previous reviewer appeared to have a similar experience.

Excellent company. Installed my heat and air system and is readily available to keep it in great shape. Having a maintenance plan guarantees me a well running system year round.

We signed up for the annual HVAC service and it proved to be a good decision. Not only did it earn its fee, it brought the boss (Ricardo) to troubleshoot a persistent thermostat issue and to fix it. Earlier, A/C Heating tech Allen did a first rate cleaning and check up on the system so that we now can look forward to an All Toasty environment for the upcoming cold weather.

Wow. Just got off the phone with the emergency line and got attitude for asking for a more specific idea of when I should expect a call-back from one of the plumbers. After giving all my information she just told me that someone would call me. I asked about when and she didn’t seem to like that question. I just wanted to know if it would be something like 15 minutes or next day I should expect a call. I’ve never called for an emergency plumber before so I have no frame of reference. Am I not supposed to ask questions?? I’m already regretting calling this company.

The technician, Arturo, arrived about ten minutes after I placed my call to the company. We did an immediate walkthrough of the two situations I needed addressed and Arturo set to work. Thankfully there were no glitches and both matters were completed to my complete satisfaction within the half hour. Kudos to Camarillo Plumbing and Arturo. 👍
