Discovered we had a slab leak right before July 4th holiday only after our regular plumber chalked up the running water sound to our toilet. After they replaced some parts to our toilet, we still heard the running water sound after they left and tried to contact our regular plumber back, but they never called us back unfortunately. We called Camarillo Plumbing from friend recommendations and they had a guy out the same day. They recommended a trusted third party company come out to evaluate further because there was concern for a slab leak. We didn’t expect the other guys to come the same day, but Camarillo Plumbing advocated for us knowing we were heading into a holiday weekend and recognized the problem needed immediate attention. The other company came and confirmed the slab leak. They sent a guy out the next business day, found a solution that saved us thousands of dollars, not to mention time in not having to break through our slab. Noah ended up doing great patchwork to our drywall as well (totally not expected) and left our house as clean (if not cleaner) than when he arrived. Their service is top notch, prices are beyond fair, and timeliness is unmatched. It was also very reassuring that the third party they work with was equally reliable. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

After our sewer main backed up one evening, we called a number of so-called 24/7 plumbing and rooter companies. Most said they couldn't come until the following morning. Only Camarillo Plumbing immediately confirmed that they could have someone out that night and kept us posted on when their technician would arrive. Noah was an absolute professional! He quickly took care of the problem and kept us apprised during every step. We requested estimates for longer-term repairs, and he provided a number of options the following morning. Fantastic service, communication, and follow through! Camarillo Plumbing will be our first call the next time we need plumbing services!

I called Camarillo Plumbing to repair a slab leak in my home. The estimate I was given was shockingly high and fact it was more than double of a local competitor. I felt taken advantage of, not sure the reason, maybe my age or zip-code, I don’t know. I called to discuss the pricing and was told to bring back a lower quote and they’ll see what we can do. I felt taken advantage of in the first place, why would I want Camarillo Plumbing to perform the work?? It doesn’t make sense.

I called back after getting the work completed, at half of the cost, by an another company. I wanted to know if they had a resolution to over charging me for leak detection and was met with hostility. Needless to say customer service is not their strongpoint. I would not recommend this plumber.

Arrived on time, fixed the clog, put the camera down, told me the condition of my pipes, cleaned up everything. Totally satisfied will call again!! Thank you

I called and the receptionist was very friendly. She had someone at my house within thirty minutes. Noah was very professional and clear about the problem and the solution options. They were at my house for 8 hours and got the job done. We will definitely use them for future work :)

Camarillo Plumbing came out to do our backflow testing for our HOA, which is required by the city. I met the technician, as I am on the board of directors for our HOA, and showed him the location of our backflow valves. We had a few quick discussions and he answered all of my questions perfectly. Very satisfied with the competence and knowledge of the technician. He gave me his card but there is no name on the card as I wish to acknowledge him. They completed our backflow testing and price was very fair. Thank you Camarillo Plumbing.

Considering I needed a new wall heater..the cost was a little expensive..But..Alan was wonderful as I don't live in the area..he took care of everything..but most importantly he gave my tenants a safe warm heater..and home..there's Value in that...!!!

Had a major issue with the shower not draining and the toilet backing up IN the shower on a Saturday morning. Called Camarillo Plumbing and Noah arrived an hour later! He was courteous and explained what he was going to do. Within 30 minutes he had unblocked the drain and used a camera to check out 90 feet of piping out to the street. Fortunately this is probably only a 1 time issue that is now fixed. Definitely would call them again if we had another plumbing issue.
