Sammy has always done an excellent job whenever we call with our issues. Sammy is reliable and always does his best to explain how to fix whatever issues.

The company was very communicative and arrived within the time frame that was expected. Steven was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to resolve my issue.

Greg did a great job (again) We had Rooter Man do a repipe and they did a great job and they also said that they would come out a rooter our pipe if it ever clogs again. Money Well Spent!

Angel was very polite and very professional and seemed to be thorough in his inspection. The original work order was for snaking a drain but there may be more work to be done based upon his inspection.

Raul was my technician and he did a good job with this task that was difficult for us to do and insight us with educational way to prevent from the future unclog of the shower/tub drain. Came on time and all. Positive and insightful.

Our 60-year-old septic and iron pipe system died. RooterMan got it fixed. Not easy, all cast iron pipe in the crawlspace was replaced. It was 3 days of hard work. Steven, the lead, was skilled and worked 3 long days. All is fixed!

They were quick to schedule, quick to come out, and Manny was super helpful. He saved us some money and gave us some tips on maintaining our septic system. Will call again.

This technician Rafayel “Rafi” was very good at communicating step by step what needed to be done, he was very clean and very efficient. This was a big job repiping our home due to it being on a slab it took a few days. Very satisfied, thank you Rafi and Supervisor Sam

A toilet clogged turned into a total sewer pipe replacement which my 75 year old house needed. Vince and Sam talked me thru the process and explained my pipe issues and what they would use to replace it. Very friendly and respectful. I do feel I got top of the line workmanship and material. My only hesitation for 5 stars is the “hard salesman” tactic, but it was not worth the stress and time to get other estimates to save some money and possibly get inferior product and work.

Juan did an excellent job. One of the best plumbers I've ever worked with, and that says a lot, having gone through so many over the years. Thanks Juan, you have definetely earned my respect and trust. I will be calling you down the road on that follow up job.

Ralph was great. I had what appeared to be a main line backup. He came on time, and explained each step in diagnosing and then solving the problem. Really appreciated his ver thoughtful, honest and reasonable attitude and approach. Would definitely use him and rooterman again.

Gustavo was great to work with. My issue ended up taking three separate visits due to the amount of equipment required, But he was on time every time, knowledgeable, polite, professional, and all-around great to work with. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
