This is the second time we have used Pro Solutions for major plumbing issues. The team has always been courteous and professional, on time and explained what was needed and for a good price. They always left our house clean after every work day. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any type of plumbing issue.

Jerry and his team are complete professionals and they did a fantastic job replumbing my entire house and completing a trenchless sewer lateral line replacement. They were able to start the job quickly and they worked with my contractors to keep the project moving right along. Jerry has a very calm, cool and easygoing personality so he handled my last minute additional requests with grace and ease. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Pro Solutions and I feel better knowing I have a terrific plumber to call on when needed.

Very professional and prompt! Helped us with a clogged sink that another plumbing company said we needed something more since they couldn’t unclog it and quoted me $600 for that service. Jerry the owner was very professional and was able to fix the clog within less than 15 minutes. Never needed that extra service the other company said we did. I will most definitely be using them again. Very honest and trustworthy!

Jerry is a lifesaver! He fixed a clogged home issue in 30 minutes and gave me complete transparency with what’s going on and a couple options of what I could do to fix these issues long term. I had another “plumber” come out for three days in a row to fix a problem that Jerry fixed in 30 minutes. I’ll never use another plumber. He was timely, great communication and very professional.

Jerry and his team installed our Pelican PSE2000 filtration and softener system as well as a filter on our tankless hot water heater and some work under the kitchen sink. He is honest and professional, and his prices are very fair and competitive. He communicates well regarding scheduling, and is patient and thorough in his explanations of how things work and the work he’s doing. I absolutely recommend Pro Solutions!

Pro Solutions was great!! They were super responsive and the communication was straight forward. Alvaro Garcia was super friendly, quick and professional with his work. We had a drip starting under the kitchen but he fixed/improved the situation also even supporting to update the Refrigerator ice maker line. Pricing was very reasonable too. I would definitely go to them for future topics and can recommend to others.

Pro Solutions has been amazing to work with. They have previously installed a new water heater, fixed a clog and today reinstalled my new water faucet (which was previously installed poorly by another plumber). So we paid $20,000 for a new pipe
Six months later, we had the same problem
Then we had the same problem just now January
All the same the same problem
Job was not done or or they don’t diagnose it correctly
So I am not recommending this company

Rooter man has been endless helpful in my quest to fix my plumbing problems. After many issues, Steven found the root cause in a broken pipe. Both he and John dug up the pipe and replaced it fixing our problems. I know it wasn’t easy but I’m very thankful they were able to do it.
