I did quite a bit of research before choosing a solar company. I got multiple bids and talked with a number of charismatic individuals. It all started with AT. I think he was the only sales rep I spoke to who arrived in an electric car and actually had solar panels on his own house. He was extremely knowledgeable and had great answers to all my questions. While Infinium was not the least expensive bid I had, I truly believed they were my best option, and I’m happy to say I made the right choice.

Everything they quoted happened when they said it would and with no effort on my part. I also need to shout out Alejandro for being the most competent electrician I have ever met. I’m a curious person by nature, and Alejandro answered all of my questions with patience and absolute authority. Once the panels were installed, Alejandro and Rudy (also great) took time to hook everything up. Nothing wash rushed and they did everything the way it was supposed to be done.

I waited to post a review because I wanted the final inspection to be done, and I wanted to make sure I could review the entire process, not just the midway point. I should also give a big thanks to Ji, who picked up my calls more than a few times to help me out with things (I probably called to check in too much, but he was always great). There were some very minor issues (I was woken up early because of a scheduling mishap), but Infinium delivered in every meaningful way I could have hoped.

Infinium had excellent communication through the entire process (they always picked up the phone), they were consummate professionals through the entire process, and I simply cannot recommend them enough to anyone that will hear me gush about my wonderful experience. Oh, also, the independent research I did confirmed that the panels and batteries they use are the best that money can currently buy. Thank you to everyone at Infinium Solar!

Exceeded expectations. Our salesperson Jacob was informative, knowledgeable, and low-pressure. The pricing was very fair, and the work was completed quicker than was originally committed. Alejandro and Rudy did an outstanding job with the electrical work to integrate the solar production into my (complicated) existing electrical network. My inverter failed during the busiest time of the year—right as half of California was scrambling to finish solar work before the rebate deadlines. I spoke with upwards of 13 other companies, and every single one of them tried to upsell me on a full system replacement instead of helping me repair my existing setup.

Before deciding on Infinium Solar, I had met with other companies who told us that our roof could only accommodate a limited number of panels, that batteries could not be placed in the garage but would need to be installed in unsightly places such as our front porch, and that certain trees would have to be removed to meet code. Infinium, on the other hand, went out of their way to maximize our system and make it as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Our installation is now complete with 48 panels (almost twice the number we were told by other companies was possible), battery backup tucked away in the garage, two smart SPAN panels, and all of our landscaping is still intact. Everything has passed code and we have received PTO.

We could not be happier with the end result! Installed in September, the system generated more than our daily useage (which includes water features running 24/7, landscape lighting, heated flooring etc.). and even in recent weeks when we have had limited sunshine, it still covers around 40%. I am so impressed by the quality of Infinium's workmanship, they never cut corners to save time, and every single member of their staff is polite and professional. I'd like to give a shout out to Juan, Ernesto, and crew for the meticulous installation of batteries, conduits and panels, Ryan and Edgar who made several site visits to determine the optimal placement of the batteries, meet with city inspectors, and walk me through using the Tesla and SPAN apps (I'm a bit of a techno idiot), Jiel for trouble-shooting and coordinating with SPAN, and Ji for being so flexible when arranging site visits to suit my schedule. Last, but definitely not least, I'd like to thank Dai, my project manager, for being incredibly patient and responsive, addressing my numerous questions/concerns, and seeing the project through to completion. I cannot recommend Infinium Solar highly enough!

I highly recommend working with the good folks at Infinium given their great work in completing the installation of and ongoing support in adding an Enphase IQ 10kw battery. The entire crew from start to finish we're pleasant and professional in helping us navigate the project milestones. Further, when an Enphase micro-inverter was replaced on warranty, Infinium worked in the additional project in addition to taking over the entire system's operational support responsibilities.

Dimitri was great always arrived early and was prepared for any eventuality for installs/permits. Gideon from the sales side was great at explaining everything, getting the system speced as desired, and assisting with issues. Dai and Nil did a great job communicating and scheduling with my city which is a challenge. Great overall experience and good communication. Great company to work with would highly recommend.

Couldn't ask for better--highly recommend Infinium Solar

Alvin is just the best person here who is too kind, too helpful and honest. He troubleshooted issues with my solar panel inverter and gave me every bit of information that is always going to be useful for me. This is the kind of customer service we need in America! I’m impressed! My 200% recommendation to give them business.

Two years ago i chose them. The price was best and installation is good only complaint is they were slow. You need to keep pushing them to do next step. Anyway, i was satisfied overall. Recently, the micro inverters show error for no reason. I contact them. I was not expecting they would reply because most of contractors claim they have warranty but i think when you have requests. They already out of business or just ghost you. HOWEVER, they replied right next day and Jiel Justo helped me fixed the issue in the same day!! Highly recommended!

Infinium installed a 16 panel system with Enphase inverters on our flat foam roof and was able to coordinate the installation and sealing of roof mounts with our roofing company (Abril). Nicholas came to my house to discuss options and provided me with a quote that was very competitive with others I had gotten and reassured me that Infinium had experience working on foam roofs. Carlos came out to do a site survey and also returned a few times later after the installation to fix a wiring problem. Soroosh did a great job designing the system and made some adjustments to the support heights after I expressed some concern about them being too short. Dai, Tavee and Nil were very helpful in resolving some issues which came up and providing updates on the process. There were a few technical issues but Jiel was very helpful with each one and they were quickly resolved. While the installation didn't go perfectly smoothly I was very happy with how quickly Infinium responded whenever there was a problem and I'm happy with the final result.

We continue to be very pleased with the service we’ve received from Infinium. They pay attention to detail, finishing all tasks and answering our questions. Our final inspection occurred last week and we have just completed a technical session regarding the app that governs our system. Infinium has done a superb job and we highly recommend them.

I did the basic design and Infinium did the final drawings to submit to PG&E for NEM. Then they did my installation. They have always been responsive to any issues with my system, however once the system was installed, it's only been usage questions. Most recent was an installer configuration parameter that they needed to change to support grid charging on demand, not just from the array. They are a nice company to work with.

3 years after Infinium installed our solar system, we're still very pleased! Just last week we noticed the microinverters weren't communicating... after a call to their tech support, Jiel Justo, had the issue resolved within a few moments. She was very professional, easy to work with and has impeccable follow through!

We recently had Infinium Solar install a full solar system along with an EV charger, and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. Our project manager, Nil, was exceptional—he guided us through every step of the process, from coordinating permits to scheduling the installation, and even navigating the PG&E PTO process.
