Had Alpha Omega Electric to my mother's house in Campbell to install a light fixture in a skylight. From initial contact Duncan to estimator Chad to techs Jonah and Jonathan you could not ask for a more professional , polite and knowledgeable group of people anywhere. Work was done correctly and for price I was quoted. Could not be happier. Competing businesses could learn from Alpha Omega Electric

Alpha Omega Electric was able to come to our home quickly when we needed an electrician on short notice. Communication with the company was great- they answered their phone the first time I tried calling (not true for every company) and once Paul was scheduled to come out he promptly texted me with his arrival time. He was also extremely nice and knowledgeable and completed his work quickly. We will definitely be using Alpha Omega again.

Appreciate all the people at AOE they were great and did a great job. especially thanks to Ryan he always went the extra mile to fix things and make sure it was done right and help with problems. Even after hours emergency he helped with all the electric problems we had and helped with other problems we had at the house when the crew was there and we were doing some remodeling. Also all the guys there were great to work with and enjoyed having them around Bryan and Ryan thanks again. Thanks also to Jonah and the other guys who did work at the house to fix all our electrical issues. These guys came early and left late to get things done thanks again for all your help. 👍

They showed up on time and quickly fixed a safety issue with our panel that had been identified by a home inspector. The electrician was Zach R. and he was very friendly and competent. Would definitely use them again.

We called AOE about replacing some non-functioning light fixtures at our house. Everyone I corresponded with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; which made scheduling quick and easy. Jonah, who performed the work, did a great job - he worked efficiently and I appreciated him making sure to check in with me about things along the way. He was also very careful to not track rain and dirt in while working, and he cleaned up the entire area when the work was complete.

These guys are pros. And they're nice to boot! Getting work done, especially electrical work, can be stressful. So finding competent help can be a bit of a crapshoot. Not so with AOE. Alpha Omega Electric was super responsive, got my estimate done quickly, showed up when they said they were going to, dealt with some real-time replanning with grace, and did excellent work. I recommend AOE for sure. Special thanks to Zach and Jonah.

I recently hired Paul, the owner of Apex Electric, to install an electrical panel and 240-volt power supply for my electric car. I was extremely impressed with his work. He was punctual, arriving on time and ready to work. His prices are better than most and he was knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He was also very professional, considerate, and respectful throughout the entire process. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure that his customers are satisfied with the job he does.

What really stood out to me was that Paul contacted me 3 weeks later to make sure everything was working properly. This level of customer service is rare these days, and it really shows that Paul cares about his customers and wants to make sure that they are happy with the work he has done.

Overall, I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for an electrician. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and provides excellent customer service. His expertise, knowledge and work ethic is commendable.

We've used AOE a bunch of times now, fixing our main panel for our house, fixing all of the switches and jacks inside of the house, and most recently, just a quick job to add in a few dimmer switches. Every single time, we have received exceptional service: fair estimates, quick turnarounds, and solid work. They always do a really nice job and have never tried once to upsell me or add weird hidden fees, etc. They're my go-to electricians forever!

Definitely gonna use these guys again they installed my hot tub for us hooked up the electrical part Zack the technician showed up on time. He called ahead to confirm. I communicated really well. I felt real comfortable with him. My install so far is perfection.

Zach R and Alex are great professionals. They recently helped me install a chandelier which required 20ft+ of ladder. They were quick, efficient and precise. Will definitely consider them again for my next project.

I ran into an unusual situation where some of the lights in my house would not work. I did check the breaker and verified that there were no GFCI outlets in the path. Time to bring in the pros. Ryan from Alpha Omega Electric to the rescue. He texted me to let me know he was on the way, and showed up on time for our appointment. Then he proceeded to systematically debug until he traced the issue to loose wiring inside one of the light switches. He said it was likely loose from when the time the house was built a few years ago. Afterwards, I got a very reasonable bill from Alpha Omega and it was exactly the pricing they explained to me when I set up the appointment. Very pleased with the service from both Ryan and Alpha Omega. Thank you.
