My personal experience is that they were on time and friendly but ultimately replaced an item that was to code with a similar item that wasn't to code. My bad for not knowing any better until after the fact. And yes, there's inflation and it's silicon valley, but for 20 minutes of work the price was a bit outrageous. Oh well.
