Paul did a great job in fixing a problem with an outdoor outlet. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and knew exactly how to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and professional and I will be contacting him next time I need an electrician.

Had an issue with our electrical panel/transfer switch which caused the power to go out across our whole house. Had a couple companies come out and they gave us the run around/didn’t communicate properly. Ended up calling Alpha Omega and they were by far the best of the bunch. They (Paul) responded immediately and were super helpful/empathetic. Paul offered help over the phone/text and even mentioned that the other companies should’ve bypassed the switch in order to bring back power to the house. This happened during the holidays (Christmas through New Year’s), but that didn’t deter Paul from being responsive/offering to help. We are very appreciative of Alpha Omega and Paul and will definitely use them for any future work required.

I was looking for an AV technician to adjust our sound system that was originally set up & hard-wired over 20 years ago and connected to a Yamaha receiver in 2019. The sound was off and unbalanced. Jason corrected the issue within minutes and offered valuable suggestions to protect the hardware. I immediately asked for a proposal to follow through with his recommendations and requested a second proposal for some electrical work.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Huerta from AOE. He took plenty of time explaining what he was going to do and making sure to answer my questions. He was very patient as we placed the heads for the track lighting ensuring to achieve illumination as I requested. I’m very happy with the end results. I give it a 2 stars (for now), since -- long story short -- the diagnosis turned out to be wrong. I had to pay $450 for a 20-minute service, and I had to pay using Zelle (which is kind of surprising). This led me to unnecessarily exchange a 360lb wash tower and delayed my laundry situation by nearly a week.

THE SERVICE AND DIAGNOSIS: On Saturday, 02-07-2026, I contacted Alpha-Omega (see Pic 1 for initial contact). I had a new wash tower that wouldn't start, and the delivery team suspected a power issue. I spoke with Johnathan, who dispatched Marcus. Marcus mentioned he wasn't an actual employee but was visiting Johnathan from the LA area.
Since the heavy unit was already in the closet, Marcus climbed on top to test the dryer connections (see Pics 2 and 3). He tested the white-red and white-black wiring and found 120V for both. Based on this, he insisted the power was fine and the brand-new appliance was defective.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF AN INCOMPLETE TEST: Trusting his professional judgment, I requested an exchange from Best Buy. After the second unit was delivered and also failed to work, it became clear the problem was the power.
I then hired CA Electrical Group, where a technician named Ben identified the issue immediately during a FREE diagnosis appointment. Ben pointed out that for a dryer, you must test the black-to-red connection for 220V/240V—a test Marcus never performed. Ben found that the neutral line and L0 read ~0 (see Pic 4). Ben even showed me how to fix it myself with a new outlet, showing a much more honest and customer-focused attitude.

PROFESSIONALISM AND VALUE:

- TECHNICAL ERROR: A professional electrician should know that testing only 120V legs to neutral is insufficient for a 240V appliance. This mistake cost me significant time and money.

- COST: $450 for 20 minutes of incorrect advice is unacceptable.

- PAYMENT: I was very surprised to be asked to pay via Zelle, which felt informal and unprofessional for a business with a "perfect" 5-star rating.

CONCLUSION: This was my whole experience, and I will let you form your own opinion based on these facts. Personally, I feel I was treated unfairly—especially knowing now that other reputable places offer diagnosis and quote appointments for free. While I admit part of the responsibility for the unit's placement, I paid for expertise I did not receive. Seeing how other reputable companies offer free diagnosis and focus on helping the customer rather than just the payment was a major wake-up call.

I like to do business with the owner and I found Jason Wolfe, the owner of Jason Electric Company. He is very pleasant, honest, and reasonable.

I shopped around for a good deal on getting an outlet installed for our EV. He got back to me quickly and gave me an excellent deal. He was able to come by the next day and installed it in 30 minutes. I’d recommend him to anyone. Very professional and friendly.

I wanted to add a generator bypass switch to an electrical sub-panel at my house and contacted Wolfe to explore possibilities. Jason worked with me to find the most affordable option possible that met all of my needs and did a fantastic job with the installation. I will definitely use them again for any future work I may need.

Just moved into a house we're renting and wanted a 240v outlet installed to plug our car charger into. Jason walked me through locations and options, quoted on the best two options and he and Tim had us set up in just a few days. Prompt, reasonable, good communication. It was a complete pleasure doing business with both Jason and his wife. You cannot go wrong with Wolfe Electric.

After reaching out to a number of different electricians, Wolfe Electric Company was one of the few to offer a free on-site estimate. Jason walked me through the different options I had for my needs and came up with some great solutions that I didn’t even think of. The estimate was very reasonable, and the communication to set up an appointment was extremely easy. On the day of the appointment, Jason arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was able to complete all the items on our list in a professional and timely fashion. Wolfe Electric Company will be our go-to electrician for all of our electrical needs moving forward!
