Matt and Blake showed up exactly at the time the said they would and were extremely professional. They knocked out the project in a timely fashion, and explained how to use my new Quietcool systems (whole house fan, and gable fan). Emails and phone calls were very prompt. Will definitely use again.

This is the first time i have ever posted a review ..!!! i must say the level of professionalism i received from the person who answered the phone when i first called to the owner showing up at my home 5 min before he said he would be there to the courteous professional guys who were in my home for three days working.. with that being said my wife also was very pleased and felt very comfortable . I've worked with Matt at Sol-Aire on multiple occasions now. I work in Real Estate and commonly have clients who need assistance with their HVAC systems. They are extremely responsive and send a service tech out right away, not to mention, they show up at the time they say they will! Their attention to detail and problem solving skills are second to none. Whether it be for myself, or my clients, we are always completely satisfied with Sol-Aire's professionalism. Pacific Air & Heating tech was very courteous and informative. He knew exactly what to do and gave me all available options to me. I liked that the company texted me ahead of time with his work picture, so I knew who to expect and when. I called the company and left a message the night before and first thing next morning I received a phone call. I will definitely use Pacific Air & Heating in the future.

Heating output low despite settings. Cleaned clogged gas burner and adjusted air-to-gas ratio. Now it heats efficiently.

Cooling delayed on startup. Control board slow to initiate. Updated firmware and tested start sequence. Now starts quickly.

Cooling didn’t reach bedrooms. Inspected duct layout and added booster fan. Big difference in cooling performance.

Airflow rattled vents. Loose vent covers were secured and dampers adjusted. Noise gone and airflow improved.

Air from vents was warm instead of cold. Found low refrigerant level and fixed a small leak. System now cools properly and efficiently.

Thermostat display was blank. Diagnosed a blown fuse and faulty wiring. Repaired both and restored full function to the thermostat and HVAC system.
