I've been on the hunt for a reliable HVAC company, finally stumbling upon Rowland Air at Costco. I took them up on their promotional membership deal that includes two free service visits per year - $99 upfront. The first technician, Jorge Ortiz, showed up to inspect my heating system and provided top-notch customer service. I'm hoping he gets assigned again for the next visit or maybe I'll request him myself. For now, I'll be waiting six months to see how the second visit unfolds before updating my review.

We've been dealing with this company for about 7-8 months now, and I'm finally willing to share my honest experience. From the start, they were quick and efficient when it came to installing everything, but since everything was signed off, we've seen a complete lack of customer support. We've had issues with our furnace twice, and the problem persists - it's the same issue all over again.

A supervisor was supposed to follow up, but it's been a week and nothing has happened. What really disappoints me is when another technician shows up and says that the initial technician wasn't knowledgeable, implying that they send whoever they want. If I had known this beforehand, I would have never signed the contract. Given how expensive their service is, you'd think better customer support would be included. Unfortunately, our experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.

A replacement unit is being installed and will be ready in just two business days. Extremely satisfied with the service - it's reassuring to know they're taking care of this important repair promptly, especially since I'll need to replace the other unit soon.
