Had leak in the AC system. Two companies inspected it but couldn't find the leak. Brandon from Air Force 1 came out and found the leak in less than an hour. Provided reasonably priced repair option instead of trying to sell me a new system like the other two companies. Friendly people. Highly recommend.

As always, the work done and the people who did the work were outstanding. AF1 has been keeping our old system going for years, but most recently, the air handler, and then the compressor had to be replaced. The prices quoted and the equipment installed were both excellent. I can't imagine having any other company do the work in my house.

I had Air Force 1 Heating and Air service my unit and I could not be any happier with their service! Their office called and confirmed my appointment a day before and informed me of the time frame. The technician scheduled to come to my house arrived within the time frame, was very professional and answered all of my concerns. Air Force 1 did an amazing job taking care of my unit!! Thank you!

5-STARS!!! They sent Brandon out the same day, very polite and well mannered. He quickly diagnosed and indentified the root issue and took care of replacing the defective part on the spot. Yeah! We have warm air again! These guys really CARE about their customers and also their image which benefits us, the customer. My wife and I and true believers in providing the best customer service with Integrity and Air Force One Heating and Air proved this with flying colors! They have a customer for life.

Also, they have a great and very affordable maintenance program to keep our 20yr old heat pump HVAC system in tip top shape.

We just moved into our home in December. I tried using the a/c for the first time a few days ago and it would not blow cold air. Thankfully the prior homeowners saved the installation paperwork. I called Air Force 1 who had installed it last year. They came out, saw that the compressor had failed and assured me that it was under warranty. Through their efforts, the entire unit was replaced, not just the compressor. Thank you Charlie and Jeremy!

Excellent service all around. Armondo our service tech, was on time, efficient and very friendly. Found the problem with our unit quickly and had the replacement part in the truck. Problem solved and he gave me a quick education on changing out filters and how best to keep the air flow in the house. He was great and I will not hesitate to call in the future!

Awesome company. I will never use another company again for HVAC. Called at 7:30am and they were hear by 11:30am the same day. They were able to diagnose and fix my a/c in under 30 minutes for a vary reasonable price. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and did not try to up charge or scam me. I can not recommend this company enough and could almost guarante it is the most reliable company in the area. Give them a try before anyone else.

Wow, hottest 2 days of the year, Friday and Saturday and my air conditioning goes out on Friday. Called Air Force One, thinking at least 2-3 days before they could come out. About 3 hours later they came out and conquered. All fixed and at a reasonable price. Tanner the tech was the best. All done in 15 minutes. Have been using AIR FORCE ONE for about 8 years, commercial and residential. Will never use anyone else. Linda, thanks for making room for us, you went way above my expectations.

Air Force 1 has been servicing my heat/AC unit for about three years now. Service is always prompt and professional. I've had an ongoing issue for a while, but this week it was finally resolved. The Service Tech Broc was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. He kept looking till he found the problem and then he fixed it! I am beyond thrilled to have this resolved. If you have any problems with your system, don't hesitate to call Air Force 1.

I did not get to meet the repairman because we were on vacation, but the transaction went excellent! He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with over the phone. He fixed our AC fast and gave me great advise on how to keep from having any more problems. I will definitely call air force 1 again. Totally satisfied customer!

Loved everything about this experience !!!!!! Started out with a very informative meeting with Charlie, he was extremely helpful in the decision process and the quote for our new system (heatpump/airhandler and AC) was fair and competitive.
Needless to say that we accepted the offer and Denise was a great help getting the financing done fast. Installation team (Charlie, Andrew, Andy, Brandon and Randy) was amazing! Fast, knowledgeable, friendly and clean.
This whole company sees to be very customer service oriented - I am more than happy with the system I got and extremely satisfied with the installation. I really recommend this company!

Airforce one was the contractor my home warranty sent me to. I was really surprised when at a late hour that they got the work order he responded back to me and said he could see my AC the next morning. This was happening on a Friday night. He got here a little late but that is expected when you are second call that day but he had informed me that he was running late. He had the blower to my system out quickly even with the problem of my space. But he was great ,friendly and got his work done quick ,safe and right. My Central air is pushing more air and working better than it ever has. Recommended

Just had Brandon take a look at my old AC unit which broke last week. Very professional and knowledgeable and was immediately able to diagnose the problem. Air Force 1 is top notch and would highly recommend their membership service. Been a member for 3yrs and its well worth it. Good job!

We live in apartment complex and Air Force 1 is the company contracted. Living here almost 2 years, we had constant issues with the heating and cooling system. Brandon finally figured it all out after many tries and a few times investigating different apartment units.
Brandon has always been awesome especially when my oldest son wanted to know and see everything he was doing. Always very professional and left the areas as they were before. I’m happy to say that this issue is completely fixed and we got a new filter. Definitely the company you want to find and/fix the issue. Definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them when we have our own home.
