Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me every detail of the issue I had. AC unit was fixed in no time. I only have one AC company doing repairs on my AC unit. Remember you pay for what you get. Cheaper is not always better..

I have used ProFlo for A/C and Heater issues in the past. Always satisfied with their service.
Most recently I was in need of a plumber for a clogged sink. I didn't hesitate to contact ProFlo.
Service Tech Preston explained up front the process and what it would cost to clear the drain. Preston provided fast, friendly, honest and professional service. I highly recommend Proflo Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing.

The technician arrived within the time frame that had been established. He was very respectful both of me and of the fact that I have a fairly large dog. He went straight to work did everything that he could do and left me with options which I can choose at a later date.
You simply can't ask for more, he did his job, did it well and did it with great respect. I appreciate that.

We had a toilet that needed to be unclogged. Salvador was our plumbing tech. He was on time and very courteous. He got the job done and did a great job. And the whole service was very affordable! Overall excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Pro Flo.

Absolutely amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and gave me very close rough estimates of how much I would spend on changing a water heater. Him (Jared) and his partner were clean and precise. Would recommend them again.

Needed valves replaced in bath/shower . I used ProFlo to install our HVAC last year and was very happy with their work and decided to call them on the plumbing. Preston was the installer. He called and gave me the time he would arrive and was there when he said he would be. He installed a new single valve and back plate, looks great and no more leaks. Cleaned the area and was very polite , friendly and efficient. Once again ProFlo met my expectations!!

I had David Cross come out a couple of days ago and work on a heating and thermostat issue. He is the best! Ingegrity, hard working, and won't leave until the job is done right. Highly recommended!

After a three hour installation, I was advised that the $1,500 recirculating pump was the wrong one. I would have to wait two more days for the installation of the correct pump. Upon installing the hoses for my system the plumber broke my angle stop and then charged me $350 to replace them. I did not break them. When it came time to pay the bill I got no consideration for my time and trouble after the delay they caused. On top of that they charged me 2% to use my credit card. I will never use Pro Flow the rest of my life.

Update: June 2024 - had more major plumbing issues with my 40+ year old home and Jamie was integral in helping me solve the issues, he and his team were very helpful in the process, and Jamie made sure I knew all of the options, not just the most expensive ones, which really put my mind at ease!! Thank you Jamie and ProFlo!!

Aldo at ProFlo came this morning for my 1st service in my annual service program and he was awesome, so kind and helpful. I couldn't understand why my electric bill had been increasing so much over the last 2 months and when he showed me how dirty my unit's coils were, then I understood! Aldo was wonderful in making sure everything was checked and explained the health of my unit, what to watch for and all the information I needed. I highly recommend!

Charlie came out to check out a previous installation for me and my grandmother and let us know all the things that were wrong because we were having problems with the company he then wrote a list for both houses and even took the time to sit down and tell us how we should talk to them and things to say really had a good expeirence cant wait to work with him again
