HVAC reviews in Canyon Lake, California

The worst company I have ever interacted with. Avoid them at all costs. They never return calls, they don't initiate calls when directed to by a home warrantee company, and I wonder whether they are a "fly by night" company.

Took my money, told me to change my filters...didn't fix the problem, now they keep telling me to call back "later" to schedule a new apt. Been 3 weeks w no AC, had to send the 8 yr old to stay somewhere else because it's too hot here.

If you get assigned to them via AHS- immediately request a new contractor. They don’t pick of their phones and will submit tickets that they know will be denied 👍🏽

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS*
This is some sub-contractor for American Home Shield. Guy shows up, spends 10 minutes to diagnose the problem(s), says that AHS won't cover most of it because they don't "have a history". How exactly are they supposed to have a history on a new warranty contract that came with the purchase of a new home? Of course, as others have said - once they get out to look the first time, they never answer the call or do any sort of follow up. And, as you can guess, they were ~3 hours later than the end of their promised time window.

Anyway - they never answer the phone, and took them ELEVEN DAYS to cancel the claim because (and I kid you not), they "do not have a technician small enough to fit in my attic".

1 - I am significantly larger than either of the guys the sent, and I can get up there no problem.
2 - Two guys were up there looking at the issue, taking pictures.
3 - I have THREE guys up there right now through a different company ripping out the problem and fixing it.
4 - What the hell?

These guys show up in a unmarked single cab ranger, with everything just thrown in the back haphazardly. It's just some sort of quick buck scheme.
