Proflo recently completed installing two 4 ton Carrier Heat Pumps. Their install team lead by Trevor Torres , brought many years of experience and advice to the job site. My AC Unit went down and we were miserable for a few days.

I called ProFlo this afternoon and they scheduled for a technician to show up a few hours later. Brian showed up, and within a minute of checking, he knew what the issue was. My AC was up and running in no time. Very knowledgeable, professional and a nice guy! I would recommend them to anyone! I am very satisfied with their service.

The 2 guys that hooked the water heater up was great. The major problem was I didn’t get the electric water heater upon delivery. I didn’t appreciate being told 1 thing & something else was done. They ran conduit lines around my garage it it looks bad!!! Horrible sales but the guys did there best with what they were instructed to do. The 4 stars are just for the installers .!!! Proflo gets a ZERO!!!

Salvador was a nice person. I explained to him what the issue was and showed him where to access the problem. He did a great job at explaining to me the issue and how to fix it, the cost of it and that he would need to go to Home Depot for some parts. Great communication. He did a great job. If I have issue in the future I will ask for him to come back.

Our experience with Pro Flo was absolutely outstanding. They are a perfect example of how a business should be managed. From speaking with Justine on the phone, setting up our diagnostic appointment was quick and easy. Mateo was the technician who came out to check our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough and gave us an honest evaluation of what we needed. When we decided on replacing our entire system, Mateo made sure the whole process would go smoothly. The team showed up on time, lead by Bobby. They were courteous and made sure everything was covered up around the work area inside, even the carpet. Considering they replaced our entire system, they were very efficient and by the end of the day we were enjoying our air conditioning. Good job guys! We will definitely refer Pro Flo to all our family and friends. Thank you!

I chose them for the 5 star reviews. The staff was friendly, unfortunately it ended there. The problem only got worse, he "accidentally" quoted me for the wrong thing so when he was done I got a higher bill. Now I've been waiting a month just for a receipt or invoice after requesting it several times, still haven't gotten one. Now that I got my AC fixed by another company, I know what ProFlo told me was absolutely incorrect.

I absolutely love Pro Flo A/C Heating and plumbing as they have come to my rescue so many times over the years and have fixed my issues quickly and has done the repairs correctly and perfectly the first time. This company is the absolute best in my opinion, and I especially give a shout out to Aldo and Brian Sr for always coming to my rescue. Thanks guys for the wonderful help over the years !!! 👍🏼💖

Aldo showed up today when our HVAC went out. What a personable professional pointed out to us that the motor for it was still under warranty and saved us $500 because we didn't even know it was under warranty. Thank you so much what a wonderful experience and we're looking forward to his return to install the motor

Enrique was great. He called to see if it was ok to arrive early, which was great. When he came, I explained what was needed and he got right to work. He performed a full diagnostic of the system and provided recommendations to keep the system running at its optimum performance. I've used ProFlo for both HVAC and Plumbing and will continue to call on them when those needs arise. I definitely recommend their service.
