Shoddy installation....up front pricing was discounted and now I know why....the unit upstairs was installed so it is very hard to work on...I repeatedly have called them with no reply....in 5 years with a new system installed I have had 5 specific issues culminating with numerous service calls .......I had to go to another provider to fix the issues with both heating and air conditioning....would not recommend this company

Have used air force 1 before always excellent. Installed new air handler,heat pump,and wI fi thermostat works perfect.highly recommend air force1.

They will blame you for work done by your previous home over. Called them to have them look at my unit, scheduled it, then get a call back stating that they wouldn't come out because the previous home owner had a bad deal with them. Seems very petty to me. Definitely would not recommend

Air Force 1 is exceptional in their service. When they give you a time to be at your place they are usually there unless they call to let you know they are running behind. I would recommen them anytime.

This is the only company I would use as they are honest timely and our fair. They have always taken good care of me for my air conditioning and heating needs. I would not call anyone else only because I know these people and I know how honest they are. A job well done today thank you

They installed a new hvac system a few years ago and today helped as our drain was clogged. They were fast to get us an appointment, we called last night around 6pm. They showed up and diagnosed our problem right away and serviced our system. Will use them again.

I had decided on a Lennox furnace and obtained quotes from 2 competitors. I ended up choosing Air Force 1. The owner, Charlie, had came out and knew the different systems thoroughly. He recommended one that would work best in my situation and explained why. He really took his time to listen to our needs and seemed to put the same thoughts into a solution as if it were his own home. In fact, he recommended relocating the furnace to our attic and adding a couple of new ducts to better distribute the heat. He provided a detailed quote and explained everything in detail and answered our many questions.

His workers showed up promptly on installation day and I was really impresses with both Chris and Armando. Charlie explained what needed to be done and had to leave to go to another work site. While he was gone the men worked tirelessly and made sure that they did not track dirt in the house. My wife was impressed with their manners and clean language.

Our installation was not an easy one and not a one day job. It involved removing an old furnace and installing a new one in our attic along with all new ducting and adding ducts.. There were lots of challenges to it but Charlie or his crew kept me up to date. Prior, during and after the installation Linda at the office kept me informed of schedules and processed the paperwork for the permits and inspections. We have been enjoying our new Lennox furnace for a few weeks now and could not be happier.

The competitor was going to simply replace the existing furnace with a less efficient Lennox furnace in the same location without replacing or adding any ducts. AND it was going to be more expensive! I feel very blessed that we found Air Force 1 and got the perfect Lennox system for our home.

Our air conditioning went out on the hottest day ever! My husband called and made an appt for the next day and the technician came out he was an hour earlier then I expected which was awesome !! Our technician was Saul and he was very professional hew knew right away what was wrong got the part chrome his truck and we were up and running g in less than 30 minutes thank you for having such knowledgeable and courteous technicians.
