randall has always done an excellent job making sure our chimney and wood stove are well taken care of here in carlsbad. he arrives right on time, explains any chimney issues clearly, and always keeps things super tidy—our new wood floors were spotless after his visit, with no marks at all from his tools. randall even took the extra step to polish up our stovetop pot and the tray in front of the stove, so everything looks really nice. i really appreciate the thorough and careful chimney sweep service!

Best HVAC AC company I’ve ever experienced!!!

We had an issue with an AC leak… called Coastal Comfort and Trever came the next day, assessed everything, fixed the issue, also went above and beyond to make sure the air was flowing optimally and that our house would have fresh air.

Friendly, well priced, great communication, and family owned… if I could give 10 stars I would!

We had our heating and air system replaced three weeks ago and could not be happier. Trevor @Coastal Comfort San Diego explained everything to us. Gave us a couple of options with no pressure sales.

Can’t recommend Coastal Comfort highly enough! They went above and beyond my expectations which meant a lot after not even receiving a call back from most of the other “highly rated” companies that were referred to me. This is a real human run, family owned company with prompt high level service and excellent customer service. I called and Trever was able to come out within a few hours. He was extremely honest and once he diagnosed the issue he shared he would be happy to do the repair but since it was a new system we were also under warranty still. Highly recommend skipping the other massive companies and getting straight to calling Coastal Comfort!!

I can’t say enough good things about Coastal Comfort HVAC. Trevor and his son recently installed a heat pump and air handler I had purchased, and the entire experience was outstanding. They spent nearly 12 hours on the job and never cut corners—every detail was handled with care and precision.
