Jared did a wonderful job installing our new central AC and furnace. He was timely, efficient and communicated the process well. We have small ducts in our attack but he made sure to try and open up the air duct in our new baby’s room to provide more air flow! He truly went above and beyond. Pelican Heating and Air did an outstanding job replacing my AC’s voltage regulator and installing a Start Assist Compressor Saver Kit. They were punctual, professional and efficient.

Our 25 year old upstairs AC unit went out last weekend and we called a couple of HVAC companies. The first person showed up in a small car and charged a fee along with letting us know the capacitor went out but they had to order parts and if that didn’t work, we would have to buy a whole new unit. We would have no AC for 3-4 days during the hottest part of our summer so far. Then Jared from Pelican Heating and Air came. He immediately diagnosed the issue and explained options succinctly and had the parts immediately available on his truck. He was quick and efficient and fixed our unit and the AC was up and running in no time. He was fairly priced and honest. My thermostat went out on my Lennox system which means I could not turn on the air conditioner nor the heater and of course my wife was not happy.

I reached out to Jared at Pelican Heating and Air and I explained my issue and without hesitation he said “I can fix that” which put me at peace.

He came out and of course my thermostat was iComfort which is only compatible to the Lennox brand so no other controls are suppose to be used.

He was able to re-wire and eliminate the iComfort and install a Ecobee thermostat.

He explained every step he was performing and finished in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend Pelican Heating and Air for either a small thermostat replacement or a big Job like replacing your old HVAC system

I had Pelican Heating and Air replace my aging (scary) gas furnace and AC with a heat pump. First off, I think his recommendation of equipment was spot on. The cost was competitive and the unit looks to be well made. Jared and his hard working crew of three arrived on time on the day they scheduled and knocked off what appeared to be a complex installation in one day! I attribute this to his team being well coordinated. They were clean, polite and their workmanship looks to be of high quality. Now I am enjoying the quiet efficiency of a heat pump and not worrying about dying in my sleep from carbon monoxide poisoning!

Hi, I'd like to put in a good word for Jared. Who did an excellent job here? At my house and Oceanside, he responded to my emergency. No heater, cold weather and wound up fixing the hot water tank too. I had a good feeling about him right away. I say he's honest dependable, and he does a great job, so I'm totally satisfied.
