Absolutely do not waste your time with this company. I made an appointment online for a same-day appointment, it's now 2 hours later and no one showed up. When I called the number on this listing they couldn't figure out who should have came out and then forwarded me to another phone number for a similarly named company in the Los Angeles area. But there's a whole "Cracker Jack" middleman involved.. it's a mess. Don't even bother.

Our dishwasher stopped working and this company had excellent reviews so I gave them a call. They immediately responded, scheduled me for the next day. I got a phone call and a text email from the scheduler, and the technician showed up exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem, quoted me the on the spot to cost of the replacement part, and had his scheduling guy send me the ETA of the replacement part and repair. These guys know customer service!!

Hard to rate a company that never shows. Thought I was getting lucky finding a last minute appointment for the morning after I was having issues with my stove but it's 4 hours past the appointment window. Any calls het forwarded to Crackerjack (whoever that is) and messages in their provided chat feature go unanswered. I've made several attempts to cancel on my end are met with a message that the appointment can't be canceled.

As a night shift worker it's already difficult to make appointments during business hours so now I'm out sleep before work as well due to waking up early for the appointment that never happened.

Everyone I spoke with was super nice! Thier system give you updates about when your parts are in and when the technician has left for your home. Marcus the tech who came to my house was very helpful, explained everything and very efficent doing the repairs. In and out super quickly and everything was clean when he was done! Thanks so much!!

I gave two stars instead of just one only because the end result was handled and taken care of. Initially we scheduled an appointment and it was confirmed only to be cancelled and pushed back to a later time soon after. Consultant came out, didn't do much but suggested "possible repair ideas" and stated someone else would be sent out to complete the repair. No one was ever sent back. We had to call back only to have consultant act like he didnt know who we were and then acted surprised no one had called us back. Quickly after, we received a call from one of their office employees Brittany who honestly was the reason this company isnt rated a 1 star or less. Brittany although unsuccessful in getting us any actual help, was very pleasant and apologetic and was able to get us a "diagnosis charge" refund. Thank you!
We are a foster home with a few children so a refrigerator/freezer is a very important necesity that didn't seem to matter.

Though my first repair call was professional and timely, the problem reappeared over the next week. I spoke with Jerry at Cracker Jack and he assured me that he would send his #1 repairman to assess the problem - at no charge to us. The problem was ultimately identified, communicated to me by the repairman and the parts were ordered. I have been very pleased with their service.

Marco and his associate, Omar, were friendly and professional. Marco diagnosed the problem with our French refrigerator freezer door quickly. I appreciated his expertise and knowledge. Both men cleaned up the floor where ice had melted, so they were tidy as well. I would recommend their services and was happy to support a local Oceanside business 😀

I am very disappointed. This is the 3rd time I had Cracker Jack come to fish this dryers. Prior to schedule the appointment I specifically asked if the issue I was having was common and easy to fix and I was told yes I realize they can not diagnose the problem over the phone. The technician showed up on time, did not even touched the dryer. Could not tell me what the problem was and said to repair would be 300 to 400. I am very disappointed. I will not use them again.

Marcus came to my home to repair my dishwasher. It turns out that there was nothing specific for him to repair after he was able to diagnose the problem. He advised me on what I could do to remedy the situation. I am impressed with his professionalism and his ability to address my issue. I will be using Cracker Jack for all of my future applliance repairs.

Marcus was on time. He sent a text when on his way. Quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a repair he was able to take care of. He was kind & easy to understand what the issue was. I will definitely call Cracker Jack again when I have
an issue. So grateful for their help!

Brandon was quick, communicative, thorough, friendly, showed examples of what was the problem was, and, of course, got our air conditioning back in the middle of an intense heat wave! I highly recommend him for your maintenance needs!

The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Although I might select to just replace my washer and dryer, there wasn’t any pressure to fix the devices. He informed me that they do have maintenance plans if I am ever interested. That was fine and again, no pressure to do any of it. I would be happy to use this company again.

Failed Repair Service, PROCEED WITH CAUTION

If you are considering using Cracker Jack Home Services, proceed with caution. Our leaking front load washer machine was misdiagnosed and after waiting 2 weeks for the back ordered part, the leak is now worse. The experience has been filled with numerous communication failures as well as a total out of pocket expense now exceeding $324.00. Not to mention the 3 tech visits, each one a complete inconvenience with a 4 hour service window. It also concerns me that the door hinge and door trim were replaced at a greater expense than the rubber gasket, which to me, should have been step one of the repair diagnosis, at a less expensive ($140) initial cost.

I can't say that I would recommend Cracker Jack Home Services.

Very professional. Very friendly. And very honest. With our, over 4 year old washer, there was bounch to be additional problems with it other than what we hired them to look at. However, with the work we would potentially need, we were told the other, smaller, problem would be at no extra cost.
Both guys that came to our house were extremely friendly and honest about the situation with the washer and gave us quotes for the work in the future.
Their appearance was very clean and professional. They arrived within the time they were expected too. I only caught one of the technicians names, Marcus, however they both were professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be using in the future.

Marcus was very polite & professional. He was honest about the price of the repair & based on his recommendation, I will replace the appliance rather than repair it. I will definitely call CrackerJack again for appliance repair! Highly recommend this company.

This company is a scam! I'm a small business owner. They came out to fix my washing machine, they fixed it and said the gasket needed to be replaced. I paid for the part and was told they would come back the following day to replace it. Nobody ended up coming, i've reached out and even made separate appointments trying to get someone out here but nobody replies. November 29 was my original appointment, i've been waiting for the part and to hear from someone for over a month now. This business has now changed its name, there is no website, and nobody answers the phone calls. In the beginning I dealt with Brandon and Marcos. I want answers and I am unable to get them. Again i've paid for the service and the part.

My 11 year old Samsung washing machine made a horrible noise on a Friday evening. I made an appointment online and Brandon came out on Saturday and diagnosed the issue. Marcus came out on Friday and got the part out and came back on Saturday to finish the job. I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and caring. My washer is brand new again. I highly recommend them.

I got the service contract. Marcus came out and serviced the appliances. He vacuumed under the fridge and replaced the water hoses on the washer and dryer. He didn't have the diverter. Then my next off Friday another Marcus came and installed the cold water hoses with the new diverter

All done very professionally and efficiently. Booking was great too. A simple phone call and boom done.

I have never had a better experience with any repair for anything my any entire life! Brandon not only fixed our AC quickly and inexpensively, he also fixed our refrigerator as well! Talk about Cracker Jack… WOW!

We had an issue with our dishwasher that I was not able to resolve myself. I called Cracker Jack Appliance repair late on a weekend night and still was able to set up the appointment. The tech arrived, diagnosed the problem and resolved it in less than an hour and the charge was what I was told it would be when I set up the appointment. My experience with Cracker Jack repair was completely positive.

Brandon Stowe was the best and saved the day for our AC unit. He was available same day, honest and thorough with his work. So glad we called Cracker Jack Air Pros for the job.

Awesome job! Marcus and Brandon showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. My washer was not filling up with water. My washer and dryer are not easily accessible. Marcus and Brandon removed the dryer from on top of my washer (no other company would do this) and took my washing machine apart and diagnosed the issue within an hour. Turned out it was going to be a pricey repair and I opted to get a new washer. Marcus and Brandon gave me options on how to save money for the installation of my next washer and dryer. I will definitely use these guys again... just waiting for something to break!!!!
