This is the second time I have used Mauzy plumbing. My plumber Eduardo, was an absolute professional. He was incredibly good at his work, went above and beyond. Eduardo was so friendly, helpful and communicative. He took care to do the job to the highest standards. I highly recommend the company because of Eduardo and the staff at the office. Thank you.

It’s hard to be a single woman with a big older home. I need to hire professional help and I’ve had bad experiences and have been ripped off before. I needed a tub drain cleared and just Googled a local plumbing company to clear out some intrusive small roots. The technician just left and I could not be more pleased. I am picky and I am cautious. He confirmed the price in advance and got to work. Wilber was thorough, tidy, explained every step, showed me how it all works and convinced me that his method for clearing the sewer was the right one. He did an excellent job and I will be calling him back for future repairs and maintenance in the future.

We had the pleasure to meet Joshua Kennerson. We had a broken knob that turns the water on and off in the shower. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He educated us in all the aspects and patiently presented us with all the possibilities to address the plumbing problem. He temporarily fixed the problem but advised us to replace the entire system which is old and corroded due to the hard water. He then took the time to assess other plumbing problems that we might have and explained in detail several plans for us to consider. We appreciated his expertise and are grateful for his help.

From the moment Josh Bookout reached out with an ETA to the completion of the job, he was knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Edwardo did a plumbing job in my kitchen. Super efficient. Clearly knew exactly what was needed and did it. Very careful clean and organized. He was also extremely good at explaining what and why he was doing specific steps. In addition he pointed out a few other areas that may be issues in the future for me to keep an eye on. Lastly, Edwardo was pleasant and easy to talk with, a genuine nice guy.

Johnny was prompt, very professional and respectful. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our plumbing concerns and gave us good reasonable recommendations. It was a pleasure talking with him and his customer service was beyond reproach. Mauzy is fortunate to have an employee with such good character and work ethic. We are very pleased.

Eduardo was excellent. Very thorough, explaining what he discovered and recommendations on how to proceed. We really appreciated his time.

But will someone in the home office PLEASE get him a new screen for his tablet!

Everything was great. Christian told us and showed us what the issues were with our heater. This time was an easy fix really but he explained in detail what we could expect next and showed us pricing and options for what we'll need to do in the somewhat near future. He was very professional and really nice to desk with.

Mauzy has great customer service-thank you Bob and Jay! Wilber was professional and knowledgeable. You could tell he actually cared abt. making sure I understood everything he was explaining. He fixed the problem and gave guidance on prevention in the future. I highly recommend Wilber!

Wilbur, our technician, was fantastic! He fixed our backed up drain very quickly and very thoroughly! He also gave us other options for a more permanent fix, which we will certainly do in the near future. The price was amazing and overall a great experience! Joe was on time, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. He changed our filters and verified that everything was in good working condition. It was great to have him here to make sure that our systems are running smoothly.

Josh came over to inspect and give me a quote to refurbish an inoperative propane gas line. He proposed a solution that would minimize cutting into the walls and cabinets of my home. Pricing was very reasonable for skilled service and workmanship. Josh was great, he answered all my questions and was both professional and friendly.

Daniel Gonzalez came to my residence today for a plumbing inspection. He notified me via text message and phone call to inform me of his estimated arrival time. Daniel further explained to me which inspections he would be performing. He explained the testing procedures and pointed out critical areas for improvement. He was respectful, courteous, and friendly. His knowledge and expertise were evident to his professionalism. I am very pleased with his inspection.

Daniel G from Mauzy did a great job of on stopping my kitchen sink. He kept me informed about how he was going to resolve my issues. He also brought another issue to my attention and set up a appointment to take care of it.

I am not sure why I am being asked to review Matt from Sherlock when I hired Mauzy to do some plumbing repairs. Matt did the estimate for my rental property. It was a lot of work and a lot of money. The plumber Frank who came the next day wanted to upsell me. He wanted to cut the wall open under the bathroom sink and rebuild the drain line, for $1300 more, but he could not give me a believable reason for the extra work. So I did not agree to the upcharge. Frank left the sink drain completely unconnected in a one bathroom house and told me the tenants could wash their hands in the kitchen sink. I yelled at him and told him to go back and reconnect it. Instead of reattaching the drain line that was there originally, he built something weird and deliberately did not connect it completely, so it would continue to leak. The next day I called Mauzy and eventually Matt called me. He made it clear that Mauzy would not honor their original quote, and the reasons he gave didn’t sound right. When I sent him pictures of what Frank installed, his reasons changed. It became clear to me that Matt was just BS-ing his way through the conversation to get me to agree to a $1300 upsell. I ended up hiring a different plumber to fix Mauzy’s work without cutting the wall open. He just snaked the drain and it worked just fine. It was a fraction of the cost. The upsell was unnecessary. Mauzy was unethical and unprofessional. Dave the customer service guy texted me repeatedly, but he was useless and just told me to call the office. Don’t hire Mauzy, especially for a rental property.
