Jason and his team at Prestigious Heating & Air Conditioning were incredibly professional and skilled at what they do. They did a great job on our units’ air conditioning situation—they came in early, were respectful of our neighbors while working, and also powered through on the weekends. Also, Amanda was super helpful throughout the entire planning process, helping us schedule and plan effortlessly. They were detailed oriented, efficient, and priced competitively; thanks for saving us from the hot summer weather!

Prestigious Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent, professional job in determining that my old air conditioners needed to be replaced, and then providing me with quotes on possible replacements. However, another company had done the same and, in the end, I decided to choose that other company because they were offering competitive pricing on a brand that I preferred.

Prestigious Heating & Air Conditioning did an amazing job on our heat pump replacement and expansion project. The first tech we worked with, Jason, was so helpful and not at all pushy at all during the sales process. When we were ready to move forward a few months later, he got us scheduled within a couple weeks of reaching out to make sure we had the project done before our new baby comes. The work itself was done so cleanly and professionally - Jason was back with Cody and Chris - they left everything in the house exactly how they found it (furniture etc), they were very thoughtful always checking on the placement of the equipment and whether we were happy with the aesthetics, and were very respectful of my husband and I - we both work from home and they were always checking to make sure they were not disturbing us while the work got done. We haven't gotten to experience the HVAC yet because it's just the first night after the job was done, but I felt compelled to write a review right away because we are so happy with the work and the team. Thank you all so much!

Thermostat was broken. Contacted Prestigious HVAC a technician (Jason) was there within the hour and had my unit back up and running within 30 minutes of being there. Was friendly, efficient, and didn't try and sell me any service or product I didn't need. While fixing my unit he provided instruction on how to maintain and even fix minor issues myself so that I could save some money down the line Jason (prestigious) has earned my HVAC business and referrals going forward!

The technician, Cody arrived early which I appreciate. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and kept me informed as he progressed. Our system checked out okay and Cody offered some tips on when to replace our filters. Overall, our experience with Cody and Prestigious Heat and Air Conditioning is exceptional. I highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Prestigious really came through for us. Our AC stopped working and our usual AC company cancelled on us 20 min before the appointment. It had been 4-5 days without AC and the house was about 85 with all fans going the temp never really dropped even at night. So when Prestigious was contacted and came out the next morning I was beyond pleased and also grateful the problem wasn’t worse than it was. Thank you for your help Prestigious!
