Had a great experience with this company! The AC at our office stopped blowing cold air, but still blowing warm humid air. Had another company come out, and told me the system was unrepairable, and that I needed a new one.
Then I Called Independent for a second opinion. The tech(Jason) was knowledgeable and friendly, but most importantly, he gave me options. Turns out I didn’t need a new system after all. Reasonable pricing is also a plus. We’ll be using Independent Heating & Air next time we have an issue!👍🏻

Came by quickly and did a more thorough analysis of my system than previous companies. Main office didn't follow up with calls so we went with a different company for a full system install

Jason and Kody showed up on time, checked my AC which was working fine and was able to fix my heater which was not turning off. They EVEN trimmed two of my switch plate covers for me! I had been trying to figure out how to do it and Kody trimmed them for me! Their prices are very fair and I would highly recommend them.

We had a heater moved from downstairs to our attic. It was a very tight area to work in, as well as requiring gas lines, electrical, and all ducting to be moved. Plus a 200 pound awkward heater. We had some other crazy expensive estimates, and other company’s said they could not do it. Prestigious came out gave us a an affordable estimate. They showed up on time, and did a great job. They performed numerous safety tests and explained everything they did. They were very clean by placing tarps and plastic down to protect our new remodel. They treated our home like it was there own. After our final home inspection, the inspector said it was one the cleanest complex jobs he’s ever seen. I would definitely recommend Prestigious Heating and Air Conditioning 5 stars in my book.

Prestigious Heating and Air have been servicing my heat and air system for over a year now. They respond to my calls immediately, schedule timely appointments and arrive promptly. They are knowledgeable and explain things clearly. I recently had to have my furnace replaced - but not before their extensive efforts to save the broken one! My three decade old r22 air conditioning gave out so decided to replace the entire unit, Heating and AC system. I ordered a new 3T HVAC and asked for quotes from four companies with Prestigious right in the middle. I chose them because they were able to give me a same day, detailed written quote just from pictures I emailed and me answering a few questions over the phone (saved us both time). Jason and his crew arrived a little early, did an excellent job, including answering all my questions, they finished a little early, left the work areas clean and charged a fair price. I won't hesitate to use them again, hopefully not for another 30 years though.

Jason did an awesome job installing a new AC and heater, replacing the old ducting and making sure we have great temperature control. Jason and his trainee were hands down the most professional service providers I have ever worked with. They were genuinely concerned about diagnosing all problems and that the repairs and services were done to perfection. They did not try to gouge me or use scare tactics that something might break if I didn't pay for it now... All in all this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a professional services company, especially when it comes to HVAC. Would recommend over and again.

We had one company quote us over $5,000 to fix our A/C, which is only a couple years old, but somehow had a refrigerant leak. I send Jason and his team the estimate from the other company, and they proposed a solution for only $1,200. They were able to get us in within a week or so when they had a cancellation (get on their schedule early if you can), and came out and had it all fixed within a couple of hours. The technicians were professional and told us to give them a call if we have any further issues. Overall great experience and would highly recommend them.

we put in two new heat pumps and got rid of our old forced air systems at out house. Jason and his team are beyond fantastic. Professional work but it goes beyond that. They paid attention to many small details in the installation making it very easy for us.

Very happy with Prestigious Heating & AC!

Jason originally came out for duct cleaning and realized our system was falling apart. He took time to review the issues with me and do what he could that day.

The installation was a quick and easy process, even with a baby sleeping in the house. Jason/Brendan were very professional and ensured we had proper ductwork put in that improved our air flow immensely. I also appreciate the care they took in clean up after installing the new ductwork. Overall a great experience!

We had the best experience with Prestigious Heating & Air. We are in the middle of a major addition on our home that took a lot longer than expected. Our stay ran out at our rental and we needed to move back asap. Jason and his team came in and made sure we had everything installed before we moved back. They were very professional, easy to work with and cleaned up everything before they left. The work is excellent and we are happy with the quality. We would definitely recommend them!

Jason and Gordy were great for our furnace and A/C install. Their pricing was competitive and they were the most thorough of any of the other companies I had quotes from. They made sure everything in the area was in excellent working condition, including some work that was not necessarily related to HVAC. I’ll be contacting Prestigious for any HVAC needs in the future without hesitation!

Great experience working with this company. They are small and locally owned so I had to wait about a week for service but I will gladly wait for a company I can trust. Cody was friendly and figured out the problem quickly, and had me up and running. Highly recommend.

Have worked with Jason at Prestigious Heating & AC for a few years now at 2 locations we own. The staff are helpful and did their best to squeeze us into their busy schedule on a last minute request when our AC was not blowing out cold air. Repair guy Kody came on time, was professional, wore booties over his shoes, and explained everything as he was doing the repair. Would highly recommend this company.
