Tommy was professional and kind. He was patient when the neighbor was harassing him and never stopped smiling. I couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and wonderful person explaining to me what the problem was. I would recommend him to anyone!

We received great service by a technician that was both friendly and knowledgeable about everything involving our HVAC system. I learned things I didn’t even know were concerns. I was comfortable letting him in our home with my mom while I was at work. You will be too.

Matt was courteous and professional. He inspected our faucet problem, provided options and promptly sent a quote. He also checked our water pressure, helpful to know it’s running to high.

Have had multiple plumbers come out for the same reason each one tried to up sale a fix of re doing the pipes for between 2 to 3 thousand. Bryson came out and after troubleshooting and crawling around under the house to inspect the pipes that had supposedly needed to be replaced was able to clear the clog and clean out the residue gunk that had been the cause of the continuous problem. Ontop of being able to fix the issue that seemed to have perplexed previous plumbers his outstanding customer service was above and beyond the respect he showed for the home making sure to not damage or even dirty anything in the house speaks volumes, also his friendly personality shined. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is having plumbing issues and highly recommend Bryson Cannon as the tech to take care of you. Giving 5 stars only becuase I can't select more.

Joshua Kennerson repaired a copper pipe leak for us and also recommended a water treatment system that we agreed on and would prevent the type of corrosion that results in these pinhole leaks. Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. He also loves his job and you can tell from the care and quality of his work.

Wilber was a professional! He diagnosed the problem and gave us options to fix our plumbing today along with long term permanent solutions to our root intrusion issues. He was awesome and a great person to have working at our house.

We had a whole house water filtration system installed . Jace did a terrific job and explained everything he did. He also fixed my tankless water heater that was having an error code that was not completely addressed in the owners manual after I tried to fix it myself. I would recommend Jace and Mauzy to my friends and neighbors. I’m very satisfied!

Sherlock offered a good diagnostic price and determined that the thermocouple on my water heater needed replacement. Plumber Mike quoted me $440 to change it out. I googled what it should cost and learned it’s a $20 part with 30 minutes of labor. I passed and found someone else who did the job for $150. I don’t appreciate being gouged on price so I will never use Sherlock again.
