I was in need of a New HVAC system and my friend referred me to Pelican. I called and had Jared there Tech out. He did a great job explaining to me what the issue was and showed it to me. Than followed with giving options so I can choose what’s best for myself and family. When the install crew showed up it took 1 day to complete the install and they’ve very clean and professional. I can’t thank this company enough! I had another company brand name come out and want to charge us almost 8 grand and had already come out before to do just a simple routine cleaning and charged me and it never got cold. I called pelican and they came took a look and said there is no way that company cleaned our unit or did any work. They took pictures to show me and got the work done in an hour.
