We had a major situation on Christmas Eve of which we were unsure of the cause. We were expecting about 11 people the next day for Christmas and were facing not having water. We would have had to cancel it. It was after hours and yet Joe came out and fixed it right away. He was friendly and professional and his rate was outstanding- especially for the fact that it was a holiday after hours. We will be using him in the future for all of our plumbing needs. He literally saved Christmas for us!!

Daniel and Bernardo came and completed the job quickly. They were both polite and funny. I was very pleased with both of them. I will definitely use them again.

The representative was upfront about the issues and the repairs as I had water leak. Emergency to say the least. He explained what needed to be done. The following day Steve came out and completed what Manny said they would do. It was a very clean and efficient job. It solved my problem. They are definitely about their business.

Awesome job and service! I needed to add a water line behind my fridge and these guys came in and knocked it out! They were very professional and kept me updated throughout the process. Mastercraft Plumbers is now saved in my phone as my go to plumbers and I plan to use them in the future for my bathroom remodel.

We haven’t been able to use our dishwasher in months and Jeremy did a great job helping us get everything up and running again! He was quick, timely, and communicative —we wish we called MasterCraft Plumbers sooner!

Exceptional service! I had water that appeared to be leaking around the base of a toilet. My plumber, Eddie, quickly realized it was because of a faulty repair done the day before by a handyman.

Eddie tightened the loose bolt and cleaned everything up. I knew the company provided a free estimate, but there was no additional service charge. That was refreshing! I can't remember a time when I had as pleasant a repair call as this one.

I have several upcoming projects and, at my request, Eddie also provided information about other services MasterCraft offers.

Eddie is good-natured and very knowledgeable. He is a wonderful company representative. If I could give this interaction six stars, I would!

They were great! I would highly recommend everyone that came to help me!! We had a flooding water heater that was spraying water and they got here in 30 minutes. I called several other people and nobody was available. They came right away and stopped the flooding of my house. Thanks guys! And all so nice and professional! 5 stars - would highly recommend!!

I found myself a new plumber!!! Ramces did an amazing job! He was here at 10 on the dot (10-12 window) went and got the part, fixed it within 10 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them again.

Daniel M. and Eddie came out to check/fix an issue with our clogged kitchen sink, and they were absolutely wonderful. Both were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain how the drainage system works and how they resolved the problem. They also shared helpful tips on how to care for the sink and pipes moving forward. I truly appreciate their time and expertise! I highly recommend their services, and they will definitely be my first call if I ever need help again.

I called early on a Sunday and Dan Martinez was successfully tackling my problems by mid-morning! I am SO pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and the friendly service. No complaints at all!

My issue was the communication from the company and quotes/pricing. They showed up outside the arrival window and charged us double what other companies have charged for the same job.

I had Mastercraft Plumbers install a 1” Zurn Wilkins pressure reducing valve (PRV), and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The technicians — Brent Schneider, Daniel Martinez, and Manuel Castro — were professional, punctual, and clearly knew their craft.

They took the time to explain the purpose of the PRV, what they were installing, and how it would protect my home’s plumbing system from excessive city water pressure. The work was completed efficiently, cleanly, and with great attention to detail. Everything was left neat, with no mess or disruption.

Water pressure is now perfectly regulated, and the system is operating exactly as expected. The quality of workmanship and the one-year parts and labor warranty provide added peace of mind.

Mastercraft Plumbers delivered excellent service, excellent communication, and excellent results. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done right the first time.

Manuel was professional and friendly, gave updates about the work status. Went above and beyond going out and getting a different tool to ensure best quality work. In addition he completed the work in a timely manner. Really appreciate it. Overall great experience, would use again. Thank you!

Jeremy from Mastercraft Plumbers was excellent. He showed up right on time, was extremely thorough, and very fair with his pricing. He took the time to explain the entire process so I knew exactly what was going on, and he got everything taken care of without any issues. It’s hard to find honest, trustworthy people these days, but Jeremy is definitely one of them. I can’t say enough good things about him and would absolutely recommend Mastercraft Plumbers to anyone.

Paterno with Mastercraft was sent so promptly to our house, within a few hours of us calling for help! Turns out he needed to replace eight of our under sink shut-off valves. He quickly ran to the store to get everything he needed and gave it his full attention for a few hours until the job was done. Paterno was very easy to work with and had a super fun personality! It was my first time using Master Craft Plumbers. I really enjoyed working with Paterno. Paterno helped me re hook up my sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher. He was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. I so enjoyed him at my home and would have Master Craft come back for any plumbing needs in the future.

Jeremy did excellent work replacing our PRV, faucet, and shutoff valve. Professional from start to finish, and the quality of his workmanship really stands out—you can tell he takes pride in doing the job right. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely nice guy to work with. Highly recommend.

Paterno Neri was fantastic! Explained everything, performed all of the needed repairs in an efficient and expedited manner, and was a true gentleman. I would go as far as to say that not only is he a true craftsman, but in a way, an artist with the way that he completed my Moen water shut off system. Please consider giving him a very big raise. He is a true talent!

Daniel with Mastercraft plumbers did a really superb job with short notice. He was timely, friendly and very honest as our price even decreased a bit when he was able to use a hose he didn't think he'd be able to.
