I woke up to my kitchen faucet with running water, didn't know how to shut it off, so I immediately called Brinks Services as I have used them in the past, they sent a technician out right away who got the water shut off and immediately found the problem, it was the batteries for the motion senor located on the faucet, changed out (4) batteries and all fixed, I want to thank the polite, courteous technician who did a job well done, very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend Brinks Services to anyone who is looking for a plumber..

Brandon was great! Had a sewage smell and Brandon was able to locate the cause and take care of the problem. Great plumbing company highly recommend.

Rigo conducted a conventional inspection and soap and water visual check for leaks with no discovery. He suggested that if the odors persist, to call back and schedule a pressure test of the system. He met my expectations was respectful and clean.

I had a water filtration installed in the kitchen. I would highly recommend Brinks if u need plumbing or water filtration installed. No need to Google or search. One phone call will save you a lot of time and headache.

Bait and switch. There is a come-on ad for a $67.00 service. They don't tell you the coupon is only good if you have a clean out and they don't have to come into your home. The guy said he was going to run a camera down the pipes. I don't need a camera. I have a slow moving drain only. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

i had a slab leak and brinks did a great job repairing it. they kept me informed every step of the repair. i would highly recommend them. thank you for a great job.

I have been working with Bill and Martha on a home in Clairemont that needed main line sewer service. They always made time to explain the process and helped coordinate with the tenant and City permit inspector on multiple occasions and always kept calm and helpful until the job was completely finished. Ok so i was visiting some friends in San Diego and they had a clog and called Brinks out. I was amazed at the response time and how professional the tech was!! They explained everything they would be doing step by step and in a language we could understand lol There were no hidden fees or cost everything was straight up!!! The tech was very courteous and answered all their questions. He was very nice, friendly and very courteous and very well put together in his appearance. I seriously wish they would expand out here in Riverside !!!! HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!! You wont regret it!!!

We had them locate a leak for a $250 fee they said could be applied to the repairs later. Once we dug down to the leak ourselves, we called them back and they said they wouldn't apply the previous fee to the repair because it wasn't a big enough repair and told us they'd replace the 6 feet of already exposed pipe for $650. That's with the $250 already applied! Typical bait and switch late on a Friday making us find other solutions and leaving us without water in between. Asked for the owner to call us and explain but still haven't heard back and it's been a week.
