We had a great experience with Haugen Plumbing. After being assigned a different plumbing company through our home warranty, the other company disappeared, leaving us with a leaky water heater and potential damage to our home. Our warranty re-assigned us to Mark late on a Thursday afternoon. He called right away and was able to come out first thing the next morning to look at the water heater. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable, not to mention very friendly and personable. Not only did Mark interact seamlessly with the warranty company, but he also made the necessary adjustments to make our water heater as efficient as possible for our home. We will definitely be using Haugen Plumbing in the future for our home plumbing needs.
