Don’t trust this guy or his reviews. This guy is a cheat he misses appointments and likes to arrive late if he does show up at all. This one man show operation is a cheat he’ll charge for no work performed. This guy should not be in business anymore.

FANTASTIC!!! After my kitchen flooded due to a faulty disposal, I called my home warranty who sent our Haugen Plumbing and they did a fantastic job! They came over super quick and fixed up the problem even faster. They tighten all the plumbing, re-sealed everything and now I have a brand new disposal, and even offered me some advice on how to address a few other concerns that I had. I managed to plug up my kitchen sink and needed someone as soon as possible to help. Mark was able to come out before noon (he actually finished a job early so he arrived within an hour of calling). He fixed the clog, put everything back together, and even reminded us call into our home warranty (which I didn't even think to use during my frantic search for help). I'm sitting here not even two hours later with a working sink and super happy! Thank you Mark! We'll be calling for any future plumbing needs!

In a silly move, I tried turning off the water to my house using a gate valve in the garage instead of using the shut-off at the street. That gate valve has probably never been operated since it was installed, and as such, the valve stem snapped when I shut the valve, leading to there being no water to my house. Mark came out very quickly and diagnosed the valve. There's so much corrosion around the valve that it will require a new line to be run. As I'm a renter, I can't make that decision, but he did come fix the valve so that I have water to the house. I have recommended him to the homeowners for the big repair as well. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He appreciates his customers and treats them like neighbors. Thank you so much!

Haugen Plumbing was referred by a friend after another plumber would not schedule a follow up visit for a toilet repair where they had replaced the fill valve and water continued to run. Mark Haugen was prompt to reply and schedule a service call. He quickly identified problems (cleaned out debris, installed new angle stop valve) and made proper adjustments so toilet fills quickly and no more continued running water. I had another job to replace a worn and corroding outdoor hose bibb and install a ball valve, and replace some laundry hoses. Mark was prompt, knowledgable, and friendly, and I would certainly call him for any future plumbing needs.

Mark was assigned to us through our home warranty company, and we couldn't be more pleased with his professionality and service. He scheduled an appointment, came when he said he would with a reminder call in advance. He was quick to find the problem and a great communicator, letting us know our options. Highly recommend!

When he returned to his shop, he discovered he happened to have a higher quality part than the one we had purchased. He came back and swapped them out free of charge. Wow!! Highly recommended.
