Everyone was very kind, and knowledgeable. We first met with Logan and Matt who did the initial review of what we needed. Mind you this was totally free. And then the next day the team came in and did the service. They were neat, dependable, knowledgeable and kind. Everything was done in around 4 hours. And is working perfectly. Thanks to everyone.

My landlord coordinated with this company for an annual water heater flush. Their phone number is AI attendants with typing sounds in the background. I had to ask for a supervisor, and they transferred me to a "live agent." I got same-day cancelled on twice, and I had coordinated today for me to be the first stop. An hour, I find out that the technicians went to another house first. I start work at 8, the appointment was at 9, so I was expecting to be on the clock at a reasonable time today, but it is now almost 1030, and they still have not arrived. If I could give them 0 (zero) or negative stars, I would.

One silver lining, Jennifer (the real human I actually got after speaking to an AI for minutes) was actually really nice, sympathetic, and helpful.

Update: I left for work at 12:30 (3.5 hrs late for them) after explaining that I had appointments in the evening. I did not get any phone calls until a tech manager called at 1:17, saying they were on the way (4.25 hrs late already). I cancelled the appointment, and informed them my landlord intended to use a different company.

Evan and Ty were very thorough and explained everything they were doing for a tankless water heater maintenance service. They also checked out plumbing throughout the home to ensure no issues. They were also very mindful of personal space by using shoe coverings. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Patrick, Robert, and John were excellent. They took care our 74 year old home and we very sensitive to our needs and what was being done. Couldn't ask for more. These fine gentlemen and their project manager Ty were phenomenal. We will definitely be returning to this company and these technicians in particular for any further work that needs done.

A big thank you to Felipe Hurtaco, Alfonso Hurtaco and Francisco Valle. This crew was outstanding. I had a big job and the expertise and skills of these three man were outstanding. This is the crew you want. This is not the first time I used John Steveson, and they were always good. This team was exceptional for I had a big job. Replacement furnace and air conditioning system. I had all duct work replaced. The price was good but the workmanship of this crew is fantastic. These are the guys you want. Very happy.

Amram and Evan came to our house to fix a clogged bathroom sink. They did a complimentary inspection of every sink and toilet in our home and pointed out some items that could use some attention. The summary they gave us makes it easy for us to review and decide what other work we should do. They were extremely personable, respectful and knowledgeable and did not rush through anything. The sink is working great now! My wife was so pleased she sent them away with homemade cookies!

We had an outstanding experience with John Stevenson and his plumbing team. From start to finish, they handled a major list of projects for us — water heater installation, multiple plumbing pipe repairs, a new toilet installation, and a whole-house water filter install — and every part of the process was smooth, professional, and expertly done.

That alone told us a lot about their character.

My technicians were awesome I’m very impressed with Hunter and Alan. Very professional. Did their work. I’m super happy. I made a big investment with a new Ac/ heat unit. I had a great experience with Armando from John Stevenson Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. He took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.

He worked quickly but didn’t rush, and it was clear he really knows his craft. Communication was solid the entire time, which made the whole situation a lot less stressful. During the water leak, he was calm and reassuring, and even offered to help clean up the garage that meant a lot.

It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely cares about the customer. If ratings went past 5 stars, he’d easily be a 10. I’m really glad I reached out to John Stevenson Plumbing and got connected with Armando. Highly recommend

Big THANK YOU to the team (Amram, Liu’s, and Nay) for correctly diagnosing the drainage piping leak issue and then promptly correcting it! They provided periodic updates and educated me on cast iron piping. I reside in a townhome and the first two plumbing companies that came out via my home warranty incorrectly diagnosed the issue and left me with multiple access cuts in my drywall as well as a broken water heater (yes the plumbers literally, inadvertently broke my water heater.

With the John Stevenson plumbing team I learned how the pipes in my home are routed through the entire complex and the reasons for the damaged piping. I would gladly recommend this team/company to anyone dealing with corroded/cracked cast iron piping. I would admit the price is too expensive but I am confident I will not have any issue with this pipe for many years!

Kaleb, Komin and Ty were awesome! They replaced the water heater at my aunt’s house while I was house sitting. They were professional and respectful at all times. Kaleb was informative throughout the entire water heater replacement. After installation was complete, Kaleb explained what was done, how to know if it’s working correctly and what to do if it’s not. They cleaned the work area. I would definitely recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.
