I bought a new Goodman/ Daikin 3-ton HVAC and had all new ceiling ducting installed early 2021. 5 years later I had a problem getting the Furnace to start up. The original Company I bought the unit from was bought-out or merged with John Stevenson Plumbing. I called John Stevenson for service and a young gentleman named Hunter arrived on time. He diligently took a good 90 minutes to assess the unit although 3 times he spent a good 15 minutes back at the truck . He finally came to advise my wife and I that we needed a new unit. He provided a $16k, $19k and $21k option. I said Goodman provided a 10 year warranty that I confirmed I had registered for. He said that given my issues, Goodman/Daikin would not honor the warranty and as such he would not be able/willing to advocate on my behalf. He said if i agreed to authorize a new install today, he would go to his boss and maybe get me $2,000 off; but, I had to sign today so he had enough leverage with the boss to get the discount. I asked how much it would cost to just get it running even if it may not have significant longevity going forward. He said $7,000-$8,000. I of course said no, and that I needed to do my usual due-diligence on my next steps. He said he would call me a few days later. The next day I called a different HVAC Company that some friends had worked with recently. This company came and reissured me they would have no problem with the Warranty. They ended up replacing a Pressure Transducer (based on a warning light description that appears on a "motherboard" type indicator" and got it up and running with a total fee of $452 (labor cost as the part was covered through warranty). Needless to say, my future business is going with this other firm. I'll certainly share my opinions with friends and family who ask. Make sure to get multiple bids. By the way, Hunter never called me back.

Aidan was awesome. Couldn’t have been more professional and knowledgeable. Talked through all of our water heater problems and went above and beyond to discuss solutions. Even solutions in areas that needed research outside of the water heater.

Armando came out to assess the leak from our main irrigation line. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and thorough describing the issue and our options. We haven’t decided how to proceed, but I have full confidence in Armando’s assessment. He gave us several options with cost estimates for each.

Sure thing. Aven was remarkable, and though I'm a hard sale they figured out what wood get the job done on my flash heater installation, working with the work I had already done. A job that might have been 6000 due to better parts became a 1600 job with little parts so long as I was willing to accept there were no warranties.

We had an unexpected pipe burst in the attic which caused the ceiling to leak. Luckily, it was fast and easy to secure an appointment window with a technician from John Stevenson Plumbing, Heating & Air.

Our tech Armando was friendly and respectful, and promptly put on shoe covers as he entered our home. He found the leak, took detailed photos for his plumber's report and did an evaluation on the condition of our plumbing. While Armando presented some estimates for various courses of action to take, he listened to our needs, and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. He even recommended a trusted flood restoration specialist to assess the damage to our drywall and start the mitigation process. When Armando completed the repair, he shared his before-and-after photos with us.

We recently hired an inspector to give our old house a thorough check, primarily to focus on possible gas leakage under our house. A leak in our garage was detected, so we called John Stevenson Plumbing and asked if they could send someone out to fix the leak. They were here in less than an hour, and in the process of double checking under our house, they discovered that our old copper water pipes had some pin hole leaks, a problem we have had in years past. The next day Patrick and Robert (Rob) arrived first thing in the morning and set about fixing all our problems. Our house has a lot of construction quirks, which presented some issues for them, but without one complaint or disparaging remark, they figured out the puzzle and got things replaced and repaired. It was a very long, hard day for them, but they were stilling smiling when they left.

We have used this company many times in the past and have always been really pleased with their work. They're always prompt, polite, and personable. It makes us happy to know that there are still people with good manners and good work ethics. Patrick and Rob worked SO hard and were so nice and I hope they get recognized by management for their outstanding work.

The two servicemen, both named Anthony arrived on time and were courteous and very professional in conducting an inspection of my drainage systems.
They were thorough and delivered the assessment, including photos, with a variety of cost and payment options.

We needed help with our water heater and a quote for a potential new one. Aiden was so polite and explained everything thoroughly and did an extensive check on every water source in our home. I had a simple HVAC service but was impressed with the communication by Thomas Halton on the timing of his arrival (bad traffic and he kept me updated, which is all you can expect) and the summary of the service and recommended options. My neighbor uses John Stevenson and she has had consistently good service. I have used them several times and been pleased each time.

Well, it's a hot day and of course my air conditioning doesn't work. I bought an expensive dual pump system from this company 3 years ago and have had nothing but issues since.

Initially they could not figure out how to make this thermostat work with the system. It took four service calls to get it going.

About a month later it stopped working again all together. They had to send someone else out to get it to work. They couldn't fix it. I had to get another air conditioning company to come out and figure out there was a loose wire in the ac.

The following summer, when I turned it on it didn't work again. Then suddenly the whole the power to the whole system died. They sent out two different technicians. The first one told me that my air intake wasn't large enough and the vents were leaking and it would be thousands of dollars in repair. When the supervisor came out he found it was another loose wire.

Another year passes and it's time to turn the AC on again and guess what it doesn't work. I've had technicians out to my home at least seven or eight times.

This company sold me a lemon and their technicians have been nothing but incompetent and repairing it since then. Another air conditioning company advised me to get a whole new system because theirs is so poorly installed
